I read this too.
I wanted Danielson to retain, but with his nagging injuries and all, I guess he had to drop it sooner or later. What an incredible reign, though.
I wonder if Delirious and Danielson will have a non-title feud?

Floating Abstraction I read this too. I wanted Danielson to retain, but with his nagging injuries and all, I guess he had to drop it sooner or later. What an incredible reign, though. I wonder if Delirious and Danielson will have a non-title feud? It was sorta obvious 'Cide was gonna win, but at least there was some hope he wouldn't. Then he pulled "I will leave RoH if I lose" and bye-bye hope. I really hope Delirious and Danielson will have a feud, I love 'em both to death and it'd be damn entertaining.

I had always thought Homicide would be leaving ROH because of his involvement in TNA and his schedule there...
But TNA is being weird. Daniels is the X-Champ and ROH Tag Champ. Now Homicide is TNA Tag Champ and ROH World Champ. That's gotta be awful to plan schedules around...champions are at every show....

Danielson was gonna have a longer run as champ but he needed to rest up so he lost the title. hes expected to win it back in the near future though.
give it a couple of months lol

I say it's about time because this will spell some awesome matches...but when you think about it, Yeah, it's going to be VERY difficult to defend every title that you got (remembers Hero and Castagnioli...man, those guys must be BUSHED)
meh, but then again I never actually care about the person holding the title...just waht they do in theh ring

Well I can't say I like Danielson losing, but at least Homicide's good. I've been hearing theories of Rave and/or Nigel getting it in the future and that would just be awful...

I think they are trying to create a star studded lineage for the title. So in a few years when these people are superstars ROH can say they held the belt at one time. They dropped the belt to CM Punk and James Gibson just before they went to the WWE.
