Is the most annoying Christmas song on the planet.
But that is not the point of this post.
The point of this post is I feel like having a random contest! Hooray!
So, I went to a family friend's house yesterday, exchanged gifts, etc. and I got a very lovely djembe. Which is fantastic, because you have no idea how hard it is to practice hand drums without a hand drum to practice on. The bad part is I haven't named it yet. And I can't think of a good name for it. And all my other instruments are named (except for my drum set, which I usually refer to as "silly bugger", though I've considered naming the separate pads after people I don't like so I can hit them with drumsticks). You can see where this is going. I need an interesting name for my djembe. So this is where you come in:
You give me random names (either random first names like "Phil" or "Maureen" or things that you may call people that aren't necessarily first names, like "The Captain" or "Mr. Pennygriffer"). I say "no, that doesn't quite fit" or something along those lines to all of them because I'm picky. And then once someone gives me a name I like, I give them 100 gold and maybe some avi art because it's the holiday season and I have nothing better to do.
Alright? Alright.
PS: That post was way too long for the point I was trying to get across. xd

Off topic, love your stars, wingnut.
Now, I'll avoid suggesting my screen name or any of my aliases, although some are spiffy. Maybe I will suggest some I'm not too attached too. Uhmm...
...however in the realm of hitting people, Celdia and phlipp are a natural pair to go with....
...and I'm drawing a fair blank. Sorry. I'm rushed for time on here. Luck! sweatdrop

Thanks. whee

So what, we're the hitting pair now? Great....people will randomly come and smack me now...oh, wait, they do that already...never mind...how about Bert? I have no idea why, but why not? Fernie? Fanta? Snuffles? Fluffy Penguin? Pink Pachyderm? Ironik? Einstein? Zaphod? Prefect? Chimpanzee? Billy the Magic Pancake? Ed? Chicken Legs? Eddie? Oh! I've got it! How's about Zarquon?
That's it for now...

Ulfin Jimminy Sinner the djembe. Not bad. Where's that from? It would be a bit confusing, though, because my keyboard's named "Jeremy".
PS: You got the 1900th post. Good job.

PS: You got the 1900th post. Good job.The name came from the book My Areas Of Expertise by John Hodgeman. The book is hilarious. Listed in it are 700 hobo names that he made up, and Jimminy Sinner was one of them.

For example, on one page he might be discussing different types of snowballs, and on the next page, he could be suggesting different beard and moustache styles. Then, of course, there is the section about hobos. John Hodgeman was going to be at the same Borders where I saw BnL last October on the same night, but I couldn't stay for it, unfortunately. How I hate classes!!! domokun They don't happen to show The Daily Show in Canada do they? (I don't know if you get Comedy Central up there) He is one of their "correspondents" from time to time.

I'm fairly certain we have The Daily Show up here. I've never bothered to look. We usually have all the American programming in Canada, if you know where to look.
