Interesting request. Now, how to explain .... First off: Japanese isn't separated into single symbols (letters) that can represent various sounds. Each consanant has a vowel attached to it (except n): ki, su, ke, re, n, ji. They are reliable and only change a little due to regional accents.
Ki=key su=s(u) ke=kay Kiss-kay. Kisuke is a lot like Sasuke (if you can say that). The 'u' is really fast and causes a slight break in the word because the 'u' kind of catches at the back of the throat. Most English speakers don't hear it, so I don't recommend trying for it too hard.
Re=reh n=n ji=gee ('dgee' if you want to get really picky) It sounds much like it looks like it should, anglicised. And remember that every syllable gets the same beat of time. The 'n' should be held as long as the 'ji'. Does this help?

Good explanation, Jaylor. ^^
Basically how he said it. Kisuke: Kiss-kay. I normally say it as "Keese-kay", "keese" rhyming with "geese". Also, just a little correction, "Kisuke" is Urahara's first name, Urahara being his last. 3nodding
Renji: "Ren-gee" is how I say it. "Ren" rhyming with "Ben", "hen", etc., and "gee" as in saying the letter "G" itself.
