Flying Class
"Hail students of Hogwarts. I am your professor, Kai Tanis and this," Tanis gestures grandly, "Is the Quidditch pitch on which some of you will gain the privelege of playing. All would be Quidditch players will, at one time or another, come through me so I suggest that any of you with any hope of playing, stay on my good side. When class is not in session, you are free to come find me, rent out a broom, and come down to the pitch to fly a few practice rounds. Otherwise, stay off the pitch. Out of the realm of Quidditch, you all will be learning basic flying techniques and those of you who wish to pursue more advanced tricks may do so through my more advanced course. My qualifications are extensice enough. I've never played national Quidditch, but I've trained with most European teams at one time or another and visited Russia a few times. Again, any of you interested in Quidditch as a career, I can get you some worthwhile connections. Questions? No. Then let us begin."
