Here's an explanation of what the spaces in the form mean:

-Username- Self explanatory. Write your username here.

-Avatar- Post an image reference of your Avatar. Please, use a reliable server, like Photobucket or ImageShack. [color=red]DO NOT[/color] direct link from Gaia.

-Extras- Write any important details you might want me to watch out for.

-Questions- Answer them. I'm curious.
