*This thread will be dedicated to the sole purpose of Nick Skywalker's trial. Only those in the Jedi Council and invited guest may post here. Others may read, but cannot post. Those who do post here without permission will be warned first. If the continue to persist on posting, they will be automatically banned. Got it? Good. Let the trial commence.
The Jedi Council has assembled. There upon their seats lay ten figure heads, all of them Jedi Masters. All of them, fighting and defending Corsucant from the man who started an invasion. A man who had broken the treaty of peace between all three orders of the Force. There standing in the middle a mist of these eleven is the man who started it all, Nick Skywalker.
Around the seats watched the ten Jedi Council members: Sean Kenobi, Vyse Vereaux, Rin Vereaux, Korso, Vicent Freed, Sarah Artemis, Zsenso Teak a male Kaminoan, Sequana Mounpring a female Bothan, Belo Axen a male Rodian, and Mead Jarkei a female Ithorian. There remains two seats, one for Shuriken Kenobi, and the other for Kyle Winsten, both are seemed to be occupied with something else.
Nonetheless, these ten and an invited guest will be the driving force in which what will be the decided for punishment Nick Skywalker and the crimes he has committed against the galaxy.

Vyse, now glad that the others that had come left, rested easily in his seat as he looked over at Nick, wondering now how this trial was really going to begin...and end. Rin also sat in her seat, oposite of Vyse as they waited.

Vincent sat in his chair looking over at Nick then closed his eyes and mediated. As Vincent meditated he waited for the trial to start.

Sean looked to the other Masters and nodded"I would like to thank you all for coming for Nick Skywalkers Trial his crimes had provoked a war and he will pay but remember let the force guide us in this trial and not personal feeling and finally May the Force be with us now"

[I will be playing the other four Council Members unless someone else volunteers to Rp them. Just saying]
"Agreed, and also welcome to our new Council Members. We are sorry it was short notice to have just told you after the war ended, but because of your doings during the war, we saw fine merit in it and decided to promote you," Sarah said whilst sitting back on her seat. She was glad Vyse, Rin, Vincent , and Korso were here, though she was still worried about Kyle not showing up for Nick's trial. She knew he would have wanted to be here, and when Sarah looked at the empty seat that belonged to Kyle, she jus sighed and focused her attention back to Nick.
"We shall start this trial as of now." Master Mounpring stated sitting upwards. "Please state your name and as to why you think you are here." She said with an authoriative voice staring normally at Nick, who was at the center between the circle.

Sean nodded as Sarah spoke and waited to see the other masters acknowledge it then he looked at Nick once a promising Jedi now well now he was trying to find his own path
Master Axen looked at the other masters he could sense the mixed feeling some had towards Nick and he hoped they wouldn't cloud anyones judgement

The doors pushed open. Animus, Si'Ti and Empress Constance walked into the councle chamber. They each noticed the seat placing and headed over to each one with their names. Animus looked at Sean and then at Vincent. His masked face continued to scan the room. Si'Ti sat next to him and looked around bowing her head at everyone. Empress Constance sat down along with them and looked at Nick for the second time.
"I'm sorry we are late. Animus has just recently awakened from a slight coma. I along with Animus and Mestre Si'Ti shall represent the Ordinis Empire." She looked at Sean. "A pleasure as always to see you Master Sean."

Nick looked at Sarah with a very bored expression and said. "I'm Nick Skywalker and i'm here because I broke the treaty and destroyed the two orders and the republic." He said as he looked at all the masters..some he knew and some he didn't.

Korso remained quiet and hardly looked around to greet anyone.He was listening to the words and trial but his mind was too distant.He felt like this wasn't him and that he could be useful some place else.Especially trying to track the Sith from the Holovids but it was likely the trail would be impossibile to follow after the war if one could call it a war.The Master was skilled enough to keep his expression calm and he was focused enough to follow the trial.Yet he drew back his thoughts so that none would sence his distress unless they looked hard enough.
His head finally moved but only just slightly.Just enough to give him a better view of the Ordinis and Animus one that he knew not personally just by media really.The other he reconized from Hoth the one who did engage the fool who broke the treaty on Hoth.That was another thing that now picked at him the soldiers new equipment could become a problem for the jedi if there is a great number of them.Even he would probably fall to a good deal of them that is if he allowed himself to fight their fight.That was something he would bring up after the trial.

Sarah nodded as the Ordini representatives came and sat down. The chamber doors shut completely, having everyone who was needed to be there, there. Once Nick commented as if this was a waste of time, Sarah glared at him. However, before she commented, Master Teak came in first.
"I suggest you watch how you answer our questions, Skywalker. You may be part of that lineage, but you are still an individual. Do not feel that this is a waste of time. You may have invaded us, but by no means have you destroyed our Orders. If you had, you would be the only one standing here." The male Kaminoan looked stern and baffled by the way Nick commented.
"It is good that you know your crimes, Skywalker," Master Jarkei added. "It would save us the time to restate the devastation you have committed against all of us."
"Do you know the punishment you are about to withstand, Skkywalker," Master Mounpring asked. "Aside from breaking the treaty, you have tried to invade Coruscant. If this were a Senate hearing, you would be punished by death!"
"Master Mounpring, please, calm down," Sarah said finally getting a chance to speak. She then turned her attention to Nick and said, "You are lucky that we do not sentence anyone to death, but before we sentence you, I shall our other members what they think about what you did and what would be the suitable punishment for your crimes."
Sarah turned to the newly appointed council members and the Ordini representatives. "Do any of you have anything to say or add about this matter?" She asked calmly.

"I do, Master Sarah," said Rin as she looked over at Sarah for a moment, a blank look on her face as she waited for her permission to say anything further from Sarah.

"You may proceed, Master Vereaux. You do not need to wait to gain permission from us to speak your mind. Nor do any of our new members and guests." Sarah nodded as a sign to let Rin speak her mind, be it positive or negative.

Rin nodded to Sarah before her eyes set themselves onto Nick at the center of the chambers. Vyse's eyes were now on Rin as he wondered what she was about to say. He never knew Rin to say anything unless it was important and this thought made Vyse unconfortable inside, even though he didn't show it. "As my fellow members of the Council know, I am one of the strongest in the power of Force Sense," Rin started off as she looked around the room so that she had everyone's attention. This information would have already been known to the Jedi that knew her but since Animus, Si'Ti, and the Empress Constance did not know of this yet, it was just to inform them before going further. "I have been keeping an eye out for anything of the Sith that could be a threat but since I am some what limited to only myself, that process is slow. But for some time now, I have noticed that some Dark energies seemed to have...disappeared. Old Dark energies. I wasn't able to really found out what they were but they disappeared not long before the first attack on Coruscant with the bombs set in the city. I thought it was nothing to worry about during the time when I felt it, that is until the war started. Once it start, I became increasingly worried about almost everything. The Sith were not so active before those energies disappeared but once they did, it was as if it triggered the begining of the war and the Sith never seemed to rest before now. I believe there is a connection in some way or another to these energies disappearing, to the attacks from the Sith." Rin looked over back at Nick as her face remained blank. "Nick, since you were the Dark Lord of the Sith during the time, did you do something to make those energies disappear?"
As Vyse listened, he now began to remember that something did seem to disappear but since he doesn't have as strong of a Force Sense as Rin, he couldn't really add to that for now. The only thing he would do for now is just listen and see if these energies had anything to do with Nick when he was Dark Lord of the Sith.

Nick looked at Rin and Vyse and said. "What energies?" He said really seriously not knowing what they were talking about.

Rin shook her head as she looked at Nick. "Something connected to the Force in some way. What ever I felt was of the dark side and it was old in one way or another. An object...a person...spirits, for all I know," said Rin, getting a little annoyed, not because of Nick's question but because she didn't make it clear enough for him, and maybe everyone else as well.
