story
It was foretold that the eight daughters and sons of the gods would one day fight each other, just to see who should take the throne. This legend was told by those who believed it would actually happen, but ever since this was foretold, nothing has happened at all. People forgot about it and went on with their lives, bringing the world to what it is today. Well, it just so happens that the prophecy started to come true. Eight children were born, at different times, but it just so happened that they possessed the power of the god or goddess they were supposed to be the child of.
People began to notice this as the children grew up and started to call them by the Son or Daughter of whatever god or goddess they most represented. No one knew if they would actually fight or not, but people had hoped that they would not fight at all. Do you think they will fight each other or will they fall in love?
Setting
It is currently the year 2006, but things are a little different. To help keep pollution levels down, all cars have been destroyed and have stopped being made. Guns were of no use now that wars have stopped and people have kind of reverted back to the medieval way of life, with the prince, princess, kings queens thing, even though the buildings remain the same, and yes, school is still the same as well. Everything takes place in the Town of Ivalice, and it is Twelve o'clock in the after noon, which means that the son and daughters of the gods and goddesses are all at school, having lunch.
