Kageling, who has exceeded her duties as a crew member time and time again has now, by the grace of Captain MistressPaco, ascended to the role of Vice-Captain of The Shounen Ai and Yuri Guild.
Her New Powers
* Ban Power - She does not need to consult me to ban a member, but only her agreement with at least one other crew member, preferably two. If a member is being an obvious threat or menace to the guild, she is permitted to take immediate banning action with a report of why she banned said person to me in private with no risk of negative actions against her from me.
* Edit Powers - She may edit the front page at will.
* Law Maker - Can make and eradicate minor guild rules with the consensus of two or more crew members. Serious rules changes/additions will still have to go through me.
* Got Your Back - Her actions do not have to be completely validated by the current Guild Rules. I trust her choices, and if she feels a choice needs to be made instantly she is free to do whatever she deems is appropriate. I will back her 100%, though reserve the right to revise later in private with her any actions taken.
* Accept New Members - Review and accept/decline new members to the Guild.
