This is everywhere in the world other than the Quarry. Not really having a name, humans refer to it as "the bad lands". This is, of course, because demons reside here. Only the bravest, or stupidest, of humans ever dares to come out here. If they do, they most likely don't survive it.

Michael wanders around the waistlands, watching the city from a distance. Unable to move closer right now, he paced back and forth planning his next attack.

Michael shrinks down to human size, and small wings sprout from his back. A trail of blood runs down his shoulder blades. He croches and then leeps from the ground, flaping his wings he heads off towards the city.

Sazu woke up unsure of where...
"no" she said as she rembered. "no..."
That's rght...they used you..."A vioce in her haead ...her own? said. "They used you as bait then used you for experiments and now you're here...no one to love no reason to live nothing..."
She looked off blankly blood over the white and balck trimmed uniform.Her hair messed up and bruises over her bdy.
In an act of rage she tore the sleeves of the uniform and tore her pants.
tieing them as bandages she got up,her eyse balnk nothing in her headexcept to survive.

A shadow is cast over sazu, and a second later there is a boom and a cloud of dust a little ways off. The dust settles and there is a boy with redish skin from the dirt, and has metal bars sticking out of his legs. He moans and then falss silents, his chest raising and falling, in a sleep like pattern.

Am I crazy? SAzu jumped but looked over. she thought to herself.
But this one her only chance...she had to live...and.
Anger boiled up and she clecnhed her fists. "that...b*****d" she muttered. "Hello?" she yelled out.

Ishiki looked around, checking behind her and infront quickly.
She looked at her surroundings,
"This place is weird..." She started to hum things, humming and singing
always made her less afraid.

The boy shudder and then opens his eyes. He rases and arm and puts it on the edge of the small crater he landed in, using it to get him self up he drags himself out of the crater and props himself up. He looks at the metal spikes sticking from his legs and grabs the closest one. It burns his skin but he dosn;t let go, as he removes it he lets out a roar that rumbles across the landscape. "grah, those stupid humans. Damn them and there metal wepons, and curse them for MURDERING my general, and that poor other demon." He finishes pull the stakes out and waits a minute for the wounds to heal. He stands up and looks over the landscape, and spys a human, he slowly moves towards her as not to alert her of her death. This was the time for revenge.

sazu shivered and stepped back.She felt weird but didn't see anyone or anything. "shut up you're...just scaring yourself." She said depite feeling a strong urge to run.

the boy closed in on the girl, and whips his hand, a thin chain lashed out of no where at the girl, and fire bursted alonge it's length. "time for you die pitaful human."

Sazu's eyes went down almost to only a slit.Familiar energy rushed back into her and she grabbed the whip from him.
Her real self balcking out an evil side took over.
"what human>..?"

The boy staggered back for a second. "you, but how, i thought they killed you back there, and that human aura." The boy pulls out a sword that ignites in flame. "What are you? your not a demon, or are you, state yourself NOW!" The boy took up an aggresive stance.

Sazu looked at her hand distastefully. "damn human body...."she growled. Looking at the boy she simply smiled but it quickly disappered as she grasped her head and yelled in apin.
She looked up again her eyes back to blue and she stepped back and fell backwards. "s-s-stay away from m-me demon!!" she yelled trying to move back.
((yes I know I didn't answear your question but it's interesting this way.))

The boy just looked down at her. "what demon? wheres a demon." He loks at himself for a second and sighed. "you have no need to worry about me, or at least you shouldn't. I have nothing against you and for that there is no worries. However there are many others out here that will kill you instantly." The boy extends his and and heat radiats from his body.

Sazu didn't trust him infact she moved back some more.
"I've laready been lied to why should I belive you?" she stood up defensivly but clecnhed her other arm in pain as if she was fighting it back.
"augh..." she muttered.
