Got a character you want to show off? One that you're particularly proud of inventing, one you love, one you're mean to in your stories or just one that you write about a lot?
Here's the place to tell us about it and to discuss everyone elses characters + possible ideas/settings you think they would work in.

I have a character that I put into almost all of my stories (under various names) because she's so damn fun to write.

My favorite character I've ever made is Jonquil. <3 Teehee. She has a box with all of her negative attributes in it (in modern non-fantasy, she's got multiple personalities) that can only be unlocked by others, so she really can't be mad unless someone wants her to be. so she's got a nice, developed personality...
But I've never really given her a concrete appearance. ^^; I'm sketching right now to try and develop a "Jonquil" sort of look, but I keep getting her (eventual) child who is named (tentatively) Lull. *sigh* I just can't make her look old enough.

Rin And Laith are currently my character-babies ^^ XD
Laith is a Nightmare Demon, Rin is a transvestite fae who has fallen in love with Laith, much to his (Laith's) complete and utter confuzzlement.

Currently my favorite characters are Little Redhead, her cat Simon and her friend Nathaniel.
Nobody knows the real name of Little Redhead, besides her family and closest friends. She lived in a city for her whole life, but then something happened in her life and she moved to a smaller town to deal with the mess that the event caused. She kind of looks like a huge porcelain doll, is rather petite, but can lift her cat without bigger problems. In some things she resembles myself.
Simon is a Maine Coon cat, rather big even for this breed. He's very intelligent and takes a good care of Little Redhead whom he really loves in his feline way. He knows he's good and behaves in a superior way towards many people...He is really well-behaved, though.
Nathaniel is kind of a guy from my college that I like. redface Well, at least at some points. He really likes Little Redhead and is interested in her. There is a probability that he sees in her someone more than a friend. Seems to be very self-confident.

My two favorite characters have to be Sanhedrin and Raine Shinmari. They're twin brothers who used to both be demons... I'm so mean to them, though. It's a sign of my love!
Anyways, like I said, they were demons. But there's this other demon, Faingor Miasumi, who's jealous of their closeness, and since he's in love with San (yay for slash!), he decided to get rid of Raine. So, long story short, Raine became a spirit possessing and killing this clan in the human world, and Sanhedrin became a sephirim (higher angel) and was made to forget all about him.
I'm actually commissioning some art of them...

My favorite character that I have created so far is Tristram. Let's see...how to describe him...
Basically, he is put into a really bad situation - his father thought that he was too scrawny at birth to be of any use as a warrior, so even though he has been told all his life that the honorable and right thing for his family to do is to be the protectors of the royal family, he is given a menial job (I haven't decided what yet, though) while being told to spy on other noble families that the King is concerned with. Not only does he have to deal with those feelings of insufficiency, but he has issues in his love life, and gets to a point where he basically cares about no one but himself. Except he is still kind of good at heart.
Aaand that is a horrible explaination, because I am tired and in desperate need of sleep. *groan*

I think this depends on if it is an rp character, or a character from one of the many books I'm working on (or the one I've finished). Though I guess to cover both those realms, I could just say Arienya. It's not that she's my favorite character I've created, she's just...my other personality, so she pops up in nearly everything I right, in one form or another.
My favorite RP character at this moment in time is Celocia. She's great because she's born from two angels that both have a very mixed heritage. She's not insane or anything, but she's definately creepy. She's wonderful. ^_^
From my books though, I'm not sure who my favorite character is. There are so many, and I like most of them. Though, I guess it'd be a tight toss-up between Milandu and Edgar from one novel, and Kellan and Drake from another. Milandu because he's a demon that's hell bent on killing the main character for something silly, even though she'd his only child. Of course, she doesn't know that, and no one's telling her. Edgar because he's a kitty. What's not to love about a kitty? Kellan is a human gone forever evil that is just plain hunky, and Drake is amusing.
So there you have it, my mass of favorite characters. XD

Oooh, I have lots and lots of "babies", but most of them never really appeared in a story. They've been "alive" for years and are quite complicated beings, so it's hard to write about them and have a good feeling about it. Here are some:
Bart Valckeniers and Joey Lennaerts
They're two guys who love each other really much

A lonely boy with no friends and family, I always start to cry when I make up stories about him ^.^'
Rath Veras
A young boy who lives on the streets and tries to survive and go to school, he wants to get a better life in the future.

Another poor guy with a big family, but everyone likes him and tries to help him.
Lucy ?
Actually she is me, and she's best friends with most of the boy-characters (except with Joey ?...He has no friends...)

Dawnrose Thyle is one of my darling friends! I liked her so much that I killed her and then made a new story with her as main character... It was a poor story but it sastisfied my need. I was emotional those days.
How can I describe her to you? She was loyal and brave but frail in her body, her biggest weakness in the end was her acting before thinking as she charged the main badguy only to get thrown down stairs... gonk She, um, she's a tribal and thusly she is very proud of her origins. However, she is kind to those she knows and well, a little dense but that never hurt anyone! She's just so naive, cute and precious...
Hard to explain...
There are many more but don't make me get my list out.

My favorite character is Maxine Vol. She's so... edgy. It's really hard to explain why she's my favorite, but I've stuck with her for years. If I bring alot of "DoV" here (which I probably will) you'll see a bunch of her.  The third one in is Max. biggrin

I like this girl. ^.^ I rarely make female characters, but this one is good. The ultimate, for me, in female characters.
Name:Name: Taillte (TAL tyeh) O'Malinn (OH muh LIN)
Age: 17
Appearance: Short (5'4"); stout, not fat. She's got muscles; slightly brown, very red hair; pale, freckled skin; blue eyes, not light blue, but blue. She is rather 'grumpy' and has an awesomely nasty fighting face. Is usually scowling. Wears shorts, preferably jeans, and black, brown and green shirts. In cold weather, she prefers to wear leggings under her shorts, rather than pants.
Spiritual ability: Can forces energy into her limbs, making powerful punches and kicks, or force energy out in blasts, what she calls "spears and lightning bolts." Has a dirk in her sock for close range. Isn't very good at channeling energy through objects.
Note: She has already graduated high school, is grumpy, as in pessimistic, but all together a happy person. Jumps a lot, and is always drinking... but not alcohal. Owns a chinchilla.
And then there's Jun. He is the BEST, seriously. Him and Christie! They are witch pirates in my original story! ^.^ Jun is spoiled, extremely powerful, though he doesn't quite no that all yet. Oh, he was spoiled, when he was a girl. Then he became a boy and grew up. Literally. XD So he's not as spoiled as he was at first.
Christie is Irish, allergic to bunnies, and very cute. Next to a Snape like character, he's the one I'd want to marry. *marries him anyway* My Uncles morman, and morman's have lots of wives. So, I'll have lots of husbands, even though I'm not morman! Neither's my uncle. He switched, and wasn't born that way. I don't know why he switched. Morman's are so anti gay, it's stupid. I'm ranting! There's probably some morman person on here who's gonna eat my head, now. XD

Oh I have another character I really like.
Of the many, I mean. Melfee Lonehood's a new character who's made me obsess over her. I've got people doing art for her, a journal page all about her and a fanclub. Sad, aren't I?
She's sly, fun and mischivious. The sort of neutral not good or bad character - and even then, she's too fun loving to be all in all evil. If you know Midna from Zelda: Twilight Princess, that's where her idea came from so they're quite similar. She's a bit snobbish, but, she always likes pink, rich gifts and has a small smile at least, on her face at all times. Not literally but often...
