05 is celebrating because 09 was eliminated...

My Theory:
Some of the radioactivity of Gambino's transformation remained in the cliff hole.
Form what we've seen in the manga, it looks as if 09 crashed in the hole.
The radioactivity transformed 09 into a Zombie, thus Flarn's new ship and new skin.
