Anyway, did we also notice that while there Jack picks up a large hat with a feather in it, (*winknudge* this is Barbossa's hat) and inspects it with looking at it carefully. And yes those are Barbossa's boots.

My Theory:

Do we remember in the first movie when Jack is talking to Murtogg and Mullroy (the naval officers), and Murtogg says this: "You've seen a ship with black sails that's crewed by the damned, and captained by a man so evil that Hell itself spat him back out?"

Well since Jack didn't have the Black Pearl for over 10 years and Jack isn't that evil of man, who do you thing Murtogg was referring to?

Yes, he must have been speaking of Barbossa.

I'm not complaining, Captain Hector Barbossa is my favorite character. I fangirl him.

I've heard theories that Tia Dalma brought Barbossa back, which seems likely to me, since she had his body (the boots).

As to why... that I don't know.

Getting a little off topic, but still questioning. What of the music box/locket or whatever that thing is. Davy Johns has one and so does what's her name (can't spell.... crying ). Are they some how lost lovers, or is what's her name the daugther or granddaughter of John's lover????

I guess I have to what until the third movie comes out to be sure.... At the monment I guess we can just come up with our own theories.

The writers of POTC mentioned something along the lines that Tia is or has some relation to Davey's Lost love on the Keep to the Code forums. This is why she has a locket like his. There is also alot of foreshadowing that they have alot of history together. Especially on the Dead Man's Chest website, you just got to spend sometime and look around alot.
