This is a planet in the outer regions of space where the Dark Cabal is creating a sub base. It is a beautiful lush planet with many forests, lakes and wild beasts. Unfortunately for nature though, the growing population has polluted and deforested much of it's natural beauty. Now the only beautul places are the great estates on the countryside. Don't be decieved though, this planet holds many secrets and dark power. Area One is the secret Sith Palace where Lady Elene, Nigal, and their Master used to Reside. It resides in the fair countryside about 30 minutes from the capital city at force running speed. Area Three is the Underground Base(under the palace) where troops, weapons, and ships are secretly stored. Area Two is the corrupted capital city ruled by the sith.

Area Three: Underground Sith Base
UPDATE: DOMINION FORMED
Empara has one moon orbiting it called Ultier. Ultier is rich with resources and until recently traded often with Empara to help build the unique Hybrid Destroyer Cruisers. The people of Ultier started to fear Empara's power and they tried to revolt. The response was complete destruction to their race(not mining equiptment) by the powerful Sith Regime. Now Ultier is part of the New Emparan Dominion along with all of the surrounding systems and planets.

Lady Elena had control of the Capital City. "They now acknowlage me as their leader." she said to herself,"Everything is moving right on schedule. Guards you are dissmissed, I am heading back home." She got in her fortified speeder car and raced back to her palace. "Akeno better get back soon, if we are to complete our masters wishes." with that she laughed, and it wasn't pleasant.

Elene paced around her lavish bedroom in her palace, or rather the Sith Palace. "Nigal will soon be back with me....I can't believe he left me for soo long." she flung a vase at the wall with the force shattering it into a thousand pieces. Her Emparan genetic soldiers called her through the force."My lady, a Star Destroyer is closing in on the planet and requesting harbourage." They said in unison. "Tell them they may dock in the underground fortress at these coordinates." she said," Finally your back with me..."

Darth Rezak composes himself after his captain tells him that they have arrived at the planet. Smiling, he detaches his mask from his belt and pulls it on over his head. "Captain, if you would be so kind as to turn on the subspace hologram, I wish to address the lord or lady of the planet."
"Yes sir," the captain says as he visibly reacts to the harsher sound of this masks electronic voice. "They are on screen," he says as he moves out the way.
"Well done captain. You may leave myself and Darth Ceres then, as we will address the ruler alone."
"Yes sir," the captain says as he moves away with a strong gait.
"Master," Darth Ceres says as the captain leaves and is gone, "is it me or does that officer seem somewhat scared of you?" She begins to laugh a bit.
"Do not concern yourself with him, his is a bygone age of the Old Empire. If he cannot adapt after this many years of life, then he will be made to suffer the raising of another to his post."
"Your will be done my master," Darth Ceres says with a smile.
Opening the channel, Darth Rezak addresses the lady of the planet with formality. "My dear ruler of Empara, I am Rezak, of the Sith. I would be honored to make your acquaintance either here, on my ship or wherever it may be that you reside. While I imagine you've heard the tales of the Sith, I just want you to know that I am quite a bit more than even those legends. But, I would be honored to meet with you and discuss certain events that have happened."

Lady Elene opened the channel back to the Sith Destroyer. "This is Lady Elene, QUEEN of the planet of Empara, you may land in the underground base at the coordinates i am sending you." she knew Nigal was on the ship, so she didn't even ask them to confirm the fact. "You will exit your ship with Akeno beside you and your commanders and i don't want any non-lightsaber weapons out of your ship. Besides that, you are free to dock." she commanded them.
"Come my guards," she said to her Emparian soldiers," We must give them a proper welcome." with that they left.

Laughing evilly after the channel was closed, Darth Rezak smiles beneath his mask and says, "She may be QUEEN of this planet, but then again, I have killed many a queen or would-be kings. I want you to wield your lightsabers Ceres, but also bring your cloaking system and armor. We must impress our newfound allies, eh?"
"Yes master," Ceres says with a wicked grin on her face.
Satisfied with his newfound apprentice, the meeting with this ruler, and many other things, Rezak moves back to his armoury with a Force glide and goes to his lightsaber rack. Picking up his two-foot crystalline saber, he removes the synthetic red crystal and inserts a high-power black crystal in its place. Igniting the black blade to check it, he draws upon the Force to secure it back into place and deactivates the blade. Happy that his blade is ready, he then moves to a heavy hand and a half black Sith blade and opens the locks and seals upon it. "I suppose I ought to bring you along old friend," he says as he straps it to his hip. Smiling, he has the shuttle readied for their group's depature.

Nigal was excited to be back on Empara, he was in the shuttle with his new master, Ceres and Vaxiin. He looked out the window and watched as they flew into the underground sith base. He looked at the main landing and saw a violet cloaked figure standing there with the Alien looking Emparan guards. Suddenly she looked up right at him. They were hundreds of feet away but it seemed she was staring directly at him. "Hello my love," he said," I am home."
Elene could feel Akeno in the shuttle, as it lowered to land she heard his telepathic communication. "Welcome back Akeno...i have been looking forward to this." The shuttle landed and the doors opened.
Nigal turned to his Master. "My lord, Lady Elene is waiting for us, she is the queen of this planet and my counterpart...she is a part of me through the force. She will be a useful ally in the days to come. Oh, and take a goodlook at the Emparan guards when you get out." he said respectfully and headed to the door.
((The emparan guard look kind of like the Elites from Halo.))

Darth Rezak's face is astonished when he sees the physicality of the Emparan guards. Smiling, he says, "I imagine I'll have to see their training regimen and such, as they might prove to be more useful than my droids."
Looking to Nigal, his black mask is unreadable, but his presence in the Force suddenly spikes, as if his will has gone from invisible to omnipresent. In a much deeper and thicker voice than what his mask usually transmits, he says, "So the time for us to begin again has arrived. This trip shall prove fruitful, I suppose."

"Yes my master, very profitable indeed. They stepped out of the shuttle and walked up to lady Elena. "My lord, may i present you to Lady Elena, or rather Darth Tentatrice.
The beautiful woman bowed to the group of Sith and then forsakind formallity jumped into Nigal's arms. "Akeno i missed you soo much she cried. I thought our plans had failed!"
Nigal put Tenta down and motioned to his master." With my lords support and the item i have brought for the genetic enhancement there is no way we will fail now my other half." Nigal said.

"Interesting," Darth Rezak thinks to himself, "that taking this apprentice would land me in good stead with a planetary power. Hopefully they are stronger than my enemies."
Aloud, however, he says, "My dear Elena, it is a pleasure that I meet you. I admit, when I saw your planet in my Force visions, I did not realize I would be meeting such a beautiful woman." He bows a little and trying to be polite, he takes her hand as if to kiss it.
Releasing her hand, he continues, "It just so happens that I also too come bearing gifts. Here, I have one of a few ancient crystals that I have gathered on the outskirts of the galaxy and from beyond. Hopefully its color will bring a smile to your face." So saying, he opens his leg pocket and removes a beautiful crystal of perfect size and balance out into the sunlight. "From a far distant planet, this crystal has been worked upon with both Force and Sith magical alchemy to become stronger and more durable than any other naturally occurring lightsaber crystals."
He gives the crystal to her and smiles behind her mask, knowing full well that such a gift should make her a little happier in the coming future. "I also have brought a few lesser known holocron-copies that will open new doors in your and Nigal's Dark Side studies. While they are not much, the material inscribed upon it has served me well since my padawan days."

" I thank thee for these gifts my lord....although they will be small in comparison with what we are about to give you." she said a little condecendingly.
" Tenta, maybe we should show my Lord our base of operation and what he stands to gain in alliance with you?" Nigal suggested trying to ease the tension.
Yes...well, that would be fine, let us be on our way then." she led them through the doors and on down the genetic research halls." Feel free to ask any questions of me my lord." she added.

Wondering how far he needs to push, Darth Rezak calculates his every move with the surety borne of long meditations. "Interesting Elena, I think I do approve. I have to ask though, how is it that you came into having this level of genetic manipulation, without my hearing of it save for Force visions?"

Well My....Our master..Akeno's and mine, was a sith that specialized in hiding from the force. He found the secrets of genetic manipulation and created the Emparians. They are quite a curious race, they fully mature in 1 year in their minds and bodies and are perfectly obedient to only their master....Myself and Akeno, since we are one and my lord is deceased. No other may rule them, or command them, unless WE command them to follow somone elses orders and even then they will never bring harm to us. They are even a little sensative to the force, able to weild force axes and even lightsabers sometimes. There was only one defect with them, they only had a lifespan of 5 year. So as you can see the population only grew very slowly. But now that defect is about to be resolved. Akeno, how will the genetic enhancer you found on Hoth help our soldiers?"
"The modifications will enhance their lives by 30 years, and it will make them exceptionally stronger and smarter.
My lord Rezak, this species is more poweful and smarter than clones and droids in the fact that they breed into existance very quickly, they are able to develope past a set parimeter and they are force sensitve, they are perfect." Nigal said smiling at his master.

((Okay, well I suppose they are a variant super-stormtrooper, eh? One week seems to be quite a short time span though, since if they breed, then you'd have a veritable army of them in less than a year... I'd suggest changing that a bit, because otherwise it'd be extremely overpowered, just my thoughts though.))
Smiling beneath his mask, he asks, "If you've created such a race, then can I ask if you've experimented with mutating other creatures, as the Vong did, or even enhancing a person?"

(( I changed it to full maturity in 1 year. And they are NOT stormtroopers, they are not humanoid, they are more powerful and stronger and larger and better. They are heat, cold and everyweather and circumstance resistant. They are very formidable.))
"Oh noo.... human alterations are impossible to control, it is far to dangerous even with the force. These creatures were created from scratch... and there is no way to copy them. Only Akeno and I know the genetics and no one can sample them. If they are caught, then their bodies molecularize and fall apart into nothingness, if they feel they are in anyform being exposed they molecularize aswell. If any samples are removed from them, then they mix and are unreadable...they are perfect." Tanta answered him.
