((Apologies for making this without asking.)) [[It's okay, just make sure that you ask next time. But, I'll authorize it because this gives the storyline more depth, and that's okay with me. -Thrawn]] ((No one was on. ^^; ))
The Homeworld of the Hapes Cluster, New Hapes itself is an incredibly rich world situated behind some of the finest defensive lines in the Galaxy. The female-dominated society of this reclusive cluster is not partial to outsiders. All intruders are met with immediate, deadly force, no apologies accepted and no mercy given. The Hapans like their solitude very much.
In orbit above the sparkling homeworld are shipyards whose only duty is to manufacture vessels to defend the Hapes Cluster. These ships, including the latest model, the War Dragon (an upgrade of the outdated Battle Dragons), are dispatched throughout the cluster.
As they dislike change, the Hapans still refer to their world as 'Hapes', rather than its proper name. Nobody has the guts to complain.

Rednal's craft, a unique model transport/fighter known as the Dinah, came to a halt as it touched down softly on a landing platform. A hiss of gas could be heard as the ramp as lowered and a lone figure stepped out. Waiting for him was a delegation of Hapan Nobles (all female, of course), and a figure steated on a transport platform. This figure was behind layers of curtains, which Rednal knew from experience blocked others from seeing in, but let the occupant see out. The product of the finest cloth-mistresses of the entire cluster. Only the best for the Queen Mother.
"Your Majesty." Rednal said, kneeling before her. He kept a smile from his lips. Already he had broken protocol, by speaking first, but the Queen Mother was very lenient with him. There were things he could do that others could not. Even as a mere male, he had the respect of many, and they forgave him for his casual nature. Most of the time. "I have delivered your offer to the Second Galactic Empire, as you willed it. They have accepted, and I took the liberty of alerting our fleet to be ready to leave at any time."
"Times are changing." the melodious voice of the Queen Mother said from behind the curtains. Most of the noblewomen jumped slightly. It was rare their ruler spoke to a male, even if that male was the most powerful Force-user to ever come from the Hapes Cluster. "I have been given a vision by the Force, Lord Ak'Thias, but know only that whatever happens in this war will change much."
"Yes, Queen Mother." Rednal replied, head still bowed low. "I ask for your permission to deploy the Nightsister Fleet as the main task force in the upcoming operation." there was a hiss from several of the Noblewomen. They did not like the Nightsisters. Bad enough the Queen Mother allowed them to exist, worse that there was a fleet whose officers (especially the captains) were composed entirely of the witches. But to actually use them!?
"You go too far." one of the Noblewomen, who Rednal remembered was Lady Snisa (a nasty woman if there ever was one), hissed.
Rednal raised his head and stared at her. "I should think our allies would be pleased to have them fighting." he replied smoothly. Lady Snisa turned red out of anger, and sputtered a few outraged phrases as Rednal smoothly drew himself up. "Oh, and you really should mind your manners, milady. Or you might find yourself on a ship through the Dragon's Teeth." This, of course, was a not-at-all veiled threat, for trying to sail through the Dragon's Teeth was suicide for those not gifted with right to talk to the Force. Stretching widely, Rednal bowed to the Queen once more (whatever his actions, he did like her), and started to go back to his ship.
"Lord Ak'Thias. My niece has been awaiting your return. Do oblige me and stop by to visit her at the Fountain Palace."
Rednal waved a hand over his shoulder as he stepped back inside his beloved ship. A moment later, it rose into the atmosphere and shot through it. The Queen Mother, behind all her veils, smiled. He was headed for his home, the same place her niece was.

The Dinah came to a halt again in front of a sprawling palace. Rednal had not actually flown over it, not even the outskirts. Even the Queen Mother wouldn't forgive him for that; it would disrupt the gardens too much. Ships had a habit of doing that when they got too close. So, after locking up his ship and changing into some more servicable clothes, the Hapan calmly strode into the Palace. The skimpily-clad but deadly guards of the Palace saluted as he walked past. Rednal knew it grated on their nerves, but hey, it was protocol. He had also taken great care to stay on their good side. It helped make things easier.
Awaiting him behind veils of her own in the throne room was the Hapan princess, Tenelia Ka'Chume, the next in line to rule the Cluster. She was not a direct descendant of the Queen Mother (who, in true Hapan tradition, had claimed she hated men and would not let one give her an heir since none were worthy), but the people liked her well enough.
"Rednal." the girl said, inclining her head.
"Tenelia." Rednal replied, inclining his head the same amount. He felt a push at his chest a moment later as the girl sat still. He grinned. The Royal Family was strong in the Force, but not quite as strong as he was. They adhered to the Living Force philosophy, after all. After a moment's thought, he made a small motion with his mind.
"HOW DARE YOU!" Tenelia screeched, leaping at Rednal's throat. The boy laughed and stepped to the side, letting her crash to the floor. The Guards merely smiled. Rednal and the Princess were always like this; they would have been worried only if such an event had not taken place.
"Too slow again." Rednal said, kneeling down by her and petting her on the head. "You'll get it right one of these days." the girl muttered un-ladylike curses under her breath as she got to her feet and faced Rednal. He ruffled her hair through the elaborate headdress, then moved over and sat on her throne. "The wheels of fate are in motion, my entirely ladylike Princess."
Tenelia outright swore at him. Rednal only laughed.
"I'm not here for much longer, I'm afraid, since there is a lot to do, but I did get you a little something special." Tenelia tilted her head slightly as Rednal got up and headed towards the door. Suddenly, she screamed again as Rednal made a slight push with the Force and ran out.
"I'll get you!" she yelled as he boarded his ship and took off.
Rednal deeply regretted not being able to stay and talk with her, but there would be more than enough time for that when this was all over. Yeah... time...
His depression rippled through the Force, touching all who were paying attention. This was SO not going to end well.

Rednal's ship came to a rest in the space above the world, docked with a massive, multi-leveled spacefaring city. No, it was not the Star Home (which was, in fact, still around, despite the damage it had taken in wars). It was the Chu'unthor, Tenelia's personal flagship and the most powerful vessel in the Hapan Armada. Originally a spacefaring Jedi ship, the Nightsisters of Dathomir had taken it when it had crashlanded on their planet. Eventually, Luke Skywalker had gained control of it, and after some negotiating, the dead Queen Mother Tenel Ka had secured it for Hapes. Now, refitted, it was a heavily armed battlecruiser, luxury liner, transport, and whatever else it was needed as. The current Queen Mother had spared no expense in making sure it was the best it could possibly be. The numerous shield generators didn't hurt, either. The Chu'unthor certainly had the space for them, large ship that it was.
It had been designed, after all, to have training rooms for ten thousand Jedi apprentices, plus sleeping rooms for them, feeding areas, and everything else. With all the Hapan modifications, the ship had grown quite a bit, but still resembled its original form. Rednal smiled grimly as he boarded the vessel, ignoring the salutes. The Dinah was his favored ship, but this vessel was the lead ship of the entire Hapan Armada. He was technically the second-in-command as well, as Tenelia was the true leader when onboard. But most of the time, the ship's Captain was allowed to govern her ship as she willed. Neither Rednal nor Tenelia begrudged her that. It wasn't like they actually used the vessel that often.

"Captain." Rednal said, inclining his head to the extremely competent female who was so often in charge of the ship. She saluted back. Most of the all-female bridge crew (males could be no higher than basic grunts, this being a Hapan vessel) watched with some degree of amusement. A girl saluting a guy was a very odd sight, after all. However, these people, while disciplined, were much more relaxed about regulations unless their safety was at stake, and there were only a few chuckles at the Captain's expense.
"To what do we owe the honor of your visit?" the Captain asked, pointedly leaving out the 'sir' she would have used with Tenelia. Rednal didn't care either. Why have internal squabbles when there were wars to be fought?
"The Chu'unthor is being placed in command of a fleet." Rednal said, noting the delighted expression's on the bridge crew's faces. They liked actually getting to go do something. "We will be launching sometime in the near future to go end a battle between the Republic and the Empire very quickly. Your orders." he handed her a datapad. The Captain read the orders, and a slow smile spread over her face.
"Sir!" she said. "It will be an honor to carry out this assignment. Will Princess Tenelia be joining us?"
Rednal shrugged. "Probably. Her presence will lend credit to our authority. Even the Empire will take her seriously, after all, she's too powerful to be ignored. And she's competent enough with the Force to resist attempts to control her. You have your orders, Captain, and I expect them to be carried out well."
The Captain began barking orders to the officers, and in moments the ship was a hive of activity. Rednal checked the standard time by glancing at a display and nodded. "Well." he said. "This should be getting interesting."

"Be prepared to move out whenever the word is given." Rednal said as he walked out. He made his way back to his beloved ship and sat down in the cockpit for a moment. "There's one more thing I need to do." he said, pressing a small button on the left console. A hidden compartment popped open, and Rednal removed two lightsabers from it. He shut the compartment again, attached the weapons to his belt, and exhaled. "Okay. Now I'm ready." he said.
He was far from a master of using the weapons. In fact, he was barely beyond the basic training. But Rednal didn't rely on the powerful energy weapons to win his battles. He had a much more powerful weapon... an ally, the power of the Force. These lightsabers, however, would probably come in very handy. His ship took off and shot into Hyperspace.

The Star home and its accompanying escort appeared above New Hapes, glittering in the light from their newest sun. Rednal was chuckling as he read the intelligence reports, over what nobody was entirely sure, and Tenelia was relaxing on her bed nearby. The two of them were alone on the top floor of the luxury apartment building, relaxing after the grueling diplomatic work. Neither of them liked having to fake smiles for so long.
"So..." Tenelia finally said. "What did you think of their Force Sensitives?"
Rednal shrugged. "Arrogant, untrusting, and narrow-minded." he replied. "A lot like me, really, except they don't have my fabulous looks and talent." Tenelia flung a pillow at him via the Force, and the boy caught it by the same method. "Now, now, Princess, that's not very lady-like."
Tenelia stuck her tongue out at him. Rednal was the only person she had done that to who was still alive; the others, deprived of royal favor, had been executed very quickly. Hapans were different that way.

((I never said I left the ship:p))
Darth Kyrath walked in the streets, taking his time down to the place where the orincess and the grey one were. Darth Kyrath smiled under his maskr, if only they knew what lay under it. The symbol of the dark Lord would soon be shown, and that was not a good sign.

((Bad move. XD Hapans don't like other people entering their space without permission. You never got that.))
"We have a guest approaching." Tenelia said mildly. Rednal looked up, eyes narrowed suspiciously.
"Have you actually been doing your training?" he asked. Tenelia only grinned. Sighing, Rednal shook his head. Yeah, it was just like her to study in secret to catch him off-guard at the most bizzare times. It kept life interesting, though, which was why he let her do it. Rednal stretched and kept reading the reports. The two were going to let the dark-sider come to them.

((Hey, I got it all right. But I was given permission to be here, I just happended to not get back to my ship. Also, I have some buissness propisition that have already been disscussed, but need promise))
Darth Kyrath came into the bridge where the two Hapans stood and began to clap his hands. "Well done, well done grey one," he said. The two had no idea who they were in the prescence of, he had been keeping his force sensitivity to a minimum level, "Your mind games are quite excellent, but I do not plan to fight you my two young friends," he said with a smile under his mask. "I merely come in the empires name just to disscuss loyality. There is no need for violence or anything elese, but don't mind me if I take this silly mask off and introduce myself," he said.
The dark Lord let his true extremley powerful energey flow as he pulled his mask off, his pale and scarred face and pure yellow eyes shown, "Hello princess, I am Darth Kyrath, the new ruler of the empire," he said.

Neither of the children showed surprise. Slowly, Tenelia, clapped. "This is the part where we're impressed, right?" Rednal said conversationally. Tenelia smacked him, then looked at the Sith Lord. Of course he was a Sith Lord; who else used the name 'Darth'?
"If you are looking to secure Hapes as a part of your Empire, then I am afraid that you look in vain, Dark Lord." the Princess said smoothly. "In addition, no matter who you may be elsewhere, you are in the territory of Hapes now, and if you do not wish to die, you will follow our laws."
"Or, in other words, shut up and show proper respect before I kill you." Rednal said dryly. "This isn't your Empire; if you want anything from us, you'll have to play by our rules. And I assure you, using the Force to try and 'force' your way to victory won't really help."

Darth Kyrath laughed, "Oh on the contreroy, oh brash one, I have come just to make a peace treaty, I am not looking for you to join the empire, but to be an ally when true war comes," he said turning back to the queen, "the empire will not waste your time my lady," he said. Then bowed, " But please excuse my rudeness my lady, but I ask for nothing but an ally in need, and I would also ask that you could possibly send supplies to the empire, we are running short and if we are defeated, then know that the republic will not stop, they will soon become a true tyrant and try to conquer you, and even if you defended yourself the loss would be a heavy one, and with allying with the empire your people will be safe after we win, and we will infact expand your reaches in this galaxy," he said.
