Bio/History:
-Veridel was born and raised in the City of Bastok on the Continent of Vana'Diel. Bastok was a bustling merchant city and his family owned a large trade that did very well. His father was also an alchemist, but didn't teach Veridel much until he was older. Veri was not good at any of the family trades, so he ended up doing the only thing that made sense to him. At the age of 18, he became a soldier for Vana'Diel in the war against the beastmen.
A crossroads that thrives on the power of crystals. That was a fine description of the world of Vana'Diel. One day after years of peace and prosperity the nations fell one after another, unable to halt the relentless onslaught. The nightmare spread across the lands of Vana'diel like hellfire. In response to the seemingly unstoppable beastmen assault, Grand Duke Kam'lanaut of Jeuno convinced the people of San d'Oria, Windurst, and Bastok to unite as the Allied Forces of the goddess Altana - and defeat the beastmen once and for all.
A stalemate ensued for some time. Finally, at the legendary Battle of Jeuno, the Allied Forces of Altana were able to gain the upper hand. They claimed total victory over the beastmen at the merciless Battle of Xarcabard. Finally, the heroes of the five races, me included, cornered the Shadow Lord in his stronghold of Castle Zvahl, where, the legend writ, that Veridel Hibiki, champion of Bastok delivered the final coup de grace. However, all was not well. Merely one year later, the leftover Beastmen attacked the city, knowing that if they destroyed the center of Vana'Diel's economy, Vana'Diel itself would eventually fall. When the wind carried the word of this, Veridel rushed there with several units to fight off the beastmen. Veri's unit was the only one left at the end, and they had beaten off the Beastmen...but not without a price. Veri lost an arm, and his Mother and Father had been killed. He took to digging through the rubble for his father's alchemy books, and he moved to this world, where he got a replacement mechanical arm and started his new life as an alchemist. Unfortunatly, he could not make enough to support himself, and so he voluntarily became a servent so he could use his talents and still support himself. So despite being a legendary, though shamed, soldier where he came from, he was sunk to a servent when he moved. Now he wishes to fix that.
Other: Transmutation circle on his shoulder, so that all it takes is any kind of force on the arm to put energy into it for transmutations.

If made, why?: He was bound to the Enkil bloodline by their first king. In aiding a god, the king was bestowed an eternal servant that would watch over the family.

Bio: Kale having spent to far amoung mortals has become a kind soul whom has a soft spot for all living things. However he still is not one to be pushed around. Despite his gentleness, he still has the power and nature of a reaver and he will use it if the situation arises. He is desperate to become mortal though so he can fall in love, have children, and die happy.
History: Kale once served as a reaver. The undead spirits of those whom carry the souls to whatever their afterlife holds for them and dealing with the ones that refuse to leave their mortal realm. Once long ago just before the Enkil Family had seized power over the land. The first king Tyrial Enkil had proven his worth by taking down a demon whom threatened the land. Pleased, a god gave him the gift of a servant whom would protect and serve him and his family till their bloodline fades. Kale was reluctantly chosen for the position.
However Kale had come to get used and even enjoy his life on the planet. Taking on the skin of a mortal, he would freely associate (and rarely have relations with) members of the royal family and other commoners. Aiding them, serving them, sometimes defending them. He found them all quite fascinating which ultimately changed his views on his immortality. He hoped he would be like them, that he would earn his right to be alive.
Now in the present, Kale found another two members whom require his aid. The wife of the Kinji, Cousette who only by the hierarchy of things feels no love in the arranged relationship, and poor Anastasia whom is quite frail to the outside air. Kale had tried to help them, convincing the servant boy that he and Kinji should be together but after an order from the king, Kale could not proceed with the plan. All he can do is try to keep Cousette happy, and he was there when Anastasia was born and it was he and his ability to mend flesh and heal souls that kept her alive, and keeps her alive to this day though he had said nothing. He has a great affection towards the family but especially favors Anastasia since she literally holds a part of him within her. He tries to have his affections returned but with the strictness of the new king, she can only marry royalty so he is reluctantly forced to keep his distance. All he can do is be a friend and servant and help whoever he can.

Bio: Was born into the family of Nguyen, Carmen didn't have the usual childhood. His mother and father worked tirelessly to provide a roof over Carmen's head and a meal for Carmen's stomach. Carmen was brought up as a lonley only child, spending most of his days alone singing to himself. Carmen sang and danced to keep his morale up. His singing voice improved and at one point started to have magic in it. When he sang songs, the fields would grow calm and animals gather around and and listen to him sing. He became more lithe and agile, it was hard to resist him when he begins his dance. Even when Carmen hummed a tune, people around him could feel changes to their bodies
