With all due respect, Sir, "decisions" is a rather vague term. We make decisions every moment of every day. What decisions in particular were considered offensive? It would help to have some examples so that we know what NOT to do. *bows*

I think what he means is the random decision to create random parts of the base that Jad or Death haven't cleared. But that's just my guess.
