-The reason that developments in the storyline have not occured is because everyone is rushing to get Gaia Towns out. :] The next event is July, I think...

-The building in Barton Town was originally going to be a place where users could go to share music. Obviously, this would come with several legal problems. So they last discussed having it as a place where users could obtain music for the site and such, made by Gaia Online. Doesn't seem like it's a priority, or that any set plans are made. Just ideas.
-As for guild accounts, right now no set plans have been made. With housing and townships, more possibilities might be possible (maybe guild homes).
-Game items, like fishes, will be tradeable-- although, I'm not too sure, it was rather confusing. XD But I'm pretty sure I heard right.
-For the battle system, there are a lot of ideas, but no solid plans. It will not be like other MMORPG's, and it will be very appealing. They want to take the time to do it right.
-A class system will be released before the battle system. With the class system, weapons and armor, as well as fantasy and additional science-fiction items, will be available.
-Current items that seem like weapons, will be weapons. So yes, the Staff of Angels, Demonic Pitchfork, gauntlets, bat, etc., are all weapons.
-No NPC's are being forgotten. The reason why some NPC's have not been as involved as others is simply because there are so many. They can only use a certain number of NPC's in an event or things get confusing, so they try to use the most popular.
-More musical instruments, as well as additional sporting equipment, will be added in the future. Extra plans for these (such as special minigames) have not been discussed, though they'll probably be weapons.
-Special status effects like soot-face and zombie will be obtainable again in the future. Invisibob glitches will remain as long as the user does not save changes, unless there is a site wide glitch that causes avatars to be reset.
-Grunny will return with Halloween
-Gambino's assassin remains unknown.
-The physics of Gaia were considered in the fall of the tower. :] You see, each segment of the tower was rocket-propelled, allowing the pieces to fly towards the Von Helson mansion, and not hit other structures along with the way. Shelling and smaller parts did fall towards the ground though, but were not significant enough to cause major damage.
-Lanzer is married to Gaia. So, sorry, he is taken.
-Some hints were given that the Von Helson Sisters are dead, but I wouldn't assume that they aren't still alive.
-Reinhart, a short male with a construction hat and a large white mustache, was the NPC created for the digging minigame, which was going to be similar to Minesweeper. Though, due to complications, the digging game was scrapped.
-A tattoo and piercing shop is comng. The NPC's and graphics are already done-- the programmers just need to get their part finished. XD;;
-Through the future quests you will learn more about the NPC's. :] So don't worry about the ignored ones... from what I heard, they might even be seen on the maps, like they were at the olympics.
-The olympics don't appear to be annual in Gaia-- at least that's what I gathered from VO. XP Plans for olympics this year haven't been discussed.
-The posters and t-shirts sold at the booth will be available shortly in the Gaia store.
-No items based off of pop culture will ever be donation items-- so if there are lightsabers, they will be in the stores. :]
-The PJ's will someday be fixed~! Avatar System 2.0 clashed with these poor items due to their extremely complex layering.
-I asked if they were going to post the images shown in the presentation on the site for those who couldn't attend the panel to see. They mentioned that in the future there might be an art book or something sold in the Gaia store that will contain it all.
-Real estate (the selling and buying of homes from other users) is apparently innevitable, according to one of the developers.
-Items will be upgradable-- you will buy them, and they will have a base stat, but you will be able to go to a certain place and get them 'amped up'. So if you really like to wear Bunny Luv, for example, you will be able to get it upgraded. A Bunny Luv +9 (for example), will be much more powerful than a regular Bunny Luv. With upgraded items you will gain additional stat bonuses and abilities (like dodge, etc.). Please note though, there are no solid plans for the battle system.
- Faster, better, with several servers working together. No more "Archived" or [Offline] posts.
Users on your ignored list will for the first time be completely ignored-- you won't see their posts at all.
Several new post types, including note, think, whisper, roll, shout, and show.
- Note - Post a message as a 'document'-- the message appears as if it were printed on a faded piece of paper with torn edges.
Think - Post a message as if it were a thought in ones mind, to use in roleplaying, most likely. The post's bubble is cloudy; fluffy in shape.
Whisper - Post a message as if it were lightly whispered, to use in roleplaying, most likely. The post's border is dashed and light.
Roll - Roll a die to generate a random number. Messages can be added to the die. Messages can be edited, while the die's result cannot. I think you might be able to roll more than one dice as well-- I'm not sure though.
Shout - Post a message as if it were shouted. The post's border is jagged.
Show - Show an item in your inventory with description, picture, and everything. Great for use in the exchange.

Perisian Wig - A wig, which will replace your hair when equiped. Everyone was making such a fuss about how this was the first wig item and everything... Apparently they forgot about the Sumo Wig...
Royal Crown - A crown.
The Family Jewels - A belt with jewels.
- The only minigame in the Casino apparently... I'm not sure if more will be added later.
- It appears that up to 6 can play a game. Very similar to how GAIA Fishing! is set up.
- This is a very exciting new feature. With it, a gateway will be opened to allow even more fantastic possibilities in the future. It is a true step for Gaia going towards a MMORPG.
- -Towns can be formed by users.
-Placing your home in a town will cost a fee.
-You can move your home, but the whole pricing is very unsettled right now.
-There are different kinds of nieghborhoods, from what I hear. Probably based on environment.
-Up to six homes can be placed in a neighborhood.

- You will do chores/tasks for NPC's. Not sure if there will be quests that aren't related to NPC's, but I'm going to assume there will be.
