*rubbing her head softly Buru sat at the base of a staircase staring at the scroll in her hands. Letting out a soft yawn the young kunoichi reread the scroll, finally she had taken up a mission in the new village that she was in. Slowly standing up Buru made her way to a small armoury in one of the many dojos, it was actually one of the more run down out of all of the training grounds on the island, letting out a growl she slid her scroll into her belt and quickly took a look around the dojo. Smiling slightly Buru grabbed a bag of basic supplies and slowly made her way into town to look for clues.*

*nodding her head as she lightly chewed on some fish tempura, the cook had been very helpful, he had mentioned some unsavoury characters that had passed into town not too long ago. However, Buru thought that something like that would be a little too, obvious, however a lead was a lead, swallowing a large chunk of meat she pursed her lips together and licked her gloved hand clean. The cook had also said the men that had passed through had traveled through the forest close to the shoreline. Nodding her head more she tightened her grip on her back and quickly began to head towards the watery forest to the north of Hakekorei.*

*after swimming across a few mile stretch of open water Buru panted as she laid chest down in the gritty sand of the un-named shore. This would be her first stop, and hopefully a successful one, after a few moments of panting of the white shoreline Buru pushed herself up onto her knee, there were so many things that she wish she could know so many things she wanted to ask for but she pushed all of the selfishness out of her heart for the betterment of her villages. Standing her full height Buru slowly began to use her chakra to form a shrine in the center point of the small island, torii and guardian statues lined the stairways that lead to the buildings she formed with use of all of the elements in nature. The sudden pain in her ribcage caused her to drop to her knees as she planted her hands firmly on the ground, summoning with the rest of her strength a large alter made of pure gold. Buru lowered her body to the cool ground as darkness claimed her body*

*A few hours passed by as Buru's chakra slowly began to restore itself, the ground she was resting on continued to drop in temperature as she laid there unmoving, it was on the eleventh hour that Buru finally stirred and forced herself to sit up against the pain that her body shouted at her. With a light grunt the would-be kage stood up even as her legs buckled and unsteadily marched up several flights of marble stairs to the gold alter she had created, falling at the base of the alter into a knelt possition Buru placed her hands on the ground and began to weep as she muttered pleas to the heavens above.*

*Slowing her sobs to whimpers Buru composed herself as she looked up at the alter then towards the heavens and began to speak in a strong deepened voice.* Oh powerful beings...I beg of you lend me your power, allow me to protect that which I consider precious to me. Humans our your children allow me the power to help you protect over those which you love. Please...*she balled her fist up* You have taken everything from me...but I am not bitter and I do NOT blaim you for my own loss...my mother...my past...everything that makes me who I am...you took from me...but I never asked for your help NOT ONCE!!! BUT NOW I AM!!! *she lowered her voice* Except my offer, ten shrines one on each small island, created from the most pure of substances...just allow me...the power to fight the dragon...that has fused with Inoko's brother...allow me the power...*she let out a ragged breath and drew her kunai to her hand, bowing her head she slid her blade across her palm and let her blood drip onto the step at the base of the alter* I give you a part of me, as I prey you will allow me to have part of you. *she pressed her hand to the ground on the spot that the blood was collecting and began to force her chakra into the blood, causing it to glow a bright white colour.*

*An hour passed as nothing happened, Buru kept her head bowed as she continued to force chakra into the dried blood on the steps, she would not give up until one of the gods or goddess answered her call. Her eyes formed small gold slits in her silver coloured eyes before they began to crackle with white energy, Buru looked up at the sky and rised her hand, blood sprayed onto the gold alter as her chakra shot into the sky, the blood from her palm rained down onto her form as if it was a crimson rain, her pale skin was soon soaked in a red liquid that was staining her ivory white flesh. In a loud voice she called out in a booming voice* My name is Buru Yayoi Shidou...the first Kanekage to ever walk this Earth, I am a pillar of light and hope to my people, I am loved by so many around me, I will not allow you to deny me my request! PROVE YOURSELF TO ME ALLOW YOUR POWERS!!! *at that moment the sky clouded over as a storm rolled in violently. The heavens opened as rain began to pour onto the kunoichi and a pure white light incircled her.*

My name is Amaterasu...goddess of the sun little one, daughter of Kaguya the playful nine-tailed fox *a light warm voice danced in the air as the rain that was falling turned into shimmering nothings before they hit the young woman named Buru. Holding her hand high into the air the female ninja looked confused for a moment before she could find her voice, the power that she felt, if it wasn't for its warmth and kindness she would have been trembling truly it was the power of a heavenly being*

You...what...my mother...a what...*Buru asked in a small voice*

*the voice of Amaterasu spoke again, this time a blindingly bright figure came from the sky and clasped onto the young female's hand, healing her wounds and filling her body with an unknown amount of energy, an energy that was so powerful it made the chakra of Raijin pale in comparision* Yes...poor child of the nine-tailed Kaguya, your mother was a wonderful woman...and fox. There are many, many things you do not known young one, but my father and I agree it is time that you learn about your past...*the voice trailed off as the figure pulled Buru into the light, her feet no longer touching the ground, wrapping her arms around the kunoichi Amaterasu hugged Buru tightly* Let me explain everything to you little sister...

*Over the course of many hours Buru was told everything about her past that she had forgotten or had never learned, she was sobbing into the chest of her elder sister Amaterasu, they shared the same father though Amaterasu was created soley from their father so there was no way to truly be half siblings, Buru learned that her mother had two other children, one before her and one a few years after she was born, both were male and fathered by two separate men. Sobbing onto her sister more Buru felt betrayed and helpness in her sister's warm light embrace.* I just...all these years...all of this pain I have gone through, and here...you and Izanagi knew I was here...you both knew everything about me...but you never ONCE said a word to me...you never even let me know you were real. *Buru's voice cracked as she spoke in breathy sobs*

*Amaterasu sighed some as she wiped her younger sister's face of tears* Little one, I know, things don't seem fair at all, but I assure you it was for your own good. *Amaterasu took a deep breath as she kissed her little sisters cheek, protecting her from feeling any other pain* Buru, listen to, we would have come to you sooner, but...within the rules of our nature we are not premitted to speak to those who do not belive in us, you had to open your heart to us little one, you had to let us in first before we could talk to you...we love you, we always have, but you never belived in us until now...so now we are here...face to face at last...we are here for you little sister...we are here for you finally after being hurt with you for so many years...we love you, our strong little one. *Amaterasu held her sister longer before she placed her on the ground* Father will speak to you himself at dawn tomorrow be prepared my little sister. Rest your body, for tomorrow opens new doors of wonderment for you.

*Buru stood on the ground looking up at Amaterasu with a calm expression on her face then simply smiled at her* ...I...love you too...Amaterasu...I love you too...*she gave a small wave before Amaterasu floated beside Buru and stroked her arm, leaving a beatiful mark on her wrist under the armguard that was covering it up, a sudden explosion of power and light shot out of Buru, an energy that could be seen from every island, Buru fell onto the ground with tears in her pale silver eyes*....I have...family...
