UPDATE: Any other artists out there, you should draw some of the suggestions people are giving! It'd be neat to see different artists' takes on similar situations and characters.
As well, for my art project it'll be Thud! illustrations... note the little "s" at the end of the word "illustration" there. I know for sure that one of them will be the ending scene in the cavern with both Sams... but, obviously, that is not a plural drawing. So, any students of Thud! should come forward with their suggestions. If you think you might give away a major plot point though, please be nice to other people who haven't read it yet, and PM it to me, kay?
And anyone else... keep suggesting whatever you feel like! This should be a general request page for any Discworld artists searching for inspiration.
Oh, and, if you want your deviantART or some such thing posted up here for people to view, PM me and I'll stick 'er up here.

Ah, this reminds me. When we have 2500g in the guild account, we can purchase a subforum! I think I will make it the Art of Discworld, so y'alls can post whatever drawings you did there. Also, would anyone want a Writing of Discworld subforum, for fanfics or whatever? (Please no hard slash. . .)

Or perhaps the patrician looking all devious at his desk with that "You're late but I'm not going to say anything until you think I've forgotten about it, and then I'll mention it casually with that subtle forebodingly sinister tone of voice, and then I'll watch you squirm" look on his face.
Or...or..or Death! As the Hogfather...Tis the season?
Or Granny Weatherwax...or Gaspode...or Carrot and Angua...quick, choose something before I explode.

Ooh, a subforum! *pretends to know what this entails. really has no clue* Um, hurrah!
I believe I shall do a Vimesy, as suggested. I had to hand in the rough sketch, but I'll scan it in and show you when I get it back. It's the part at the end of Thud!, where Vimesy and Sam are in the cavern, paying homage to the dead Kings. It's a sort of forced perspective thing goin' on. Like... the hand of the diamond king and the head of the dwarf king really big and close, and the Vimeses in the middle... I'll need to scan it, since that is a poor description. sweatdrop
Hmm, 'fraid I've only read a couple Greebo books, since the witches series isn't my favourite... do you mean cat-Greebo or human Greebo? Remind me which book Greebo is human in, too. I forget.
Ah, the Patrician. I lurve Vetenari. I shall need to do a drauring of him.
I'm afraid I'm not much good at dragons... at least not yet, anyway. I'll fo that one once I get better, Nicely. 3nodding

Oh, that scene. I can sort of picture what you are going for. It would call for some pretty interesting light, no?
If you would want to, you could try the picture of the Creator drawing the wizards on XXXX. Or the platypus, courtesy of the UU staff.

Heehee, such fun suggestions. *Wants to draw them all!* I stuck up a Vetinari and a Vimesy on [my deviantART] I am very happy with the Vimesy! It looks like the Vimesy I've always pictured!

@rena: a red col-erase and a pencil. The col-erase is basically just an erasable coloured pencil, by the way.
