The room was musty and dark, the only light given off were the faint dark color od black candle fire. There were portraits that lined the wall alongside books that remained undusted. In the far corner of the room laid a satin bed that appeared to never have been touched. Who has time to sleep when your Death. Death never sleeps.

Coal wondered the halls of everyone's chamber, he found one door open and it was one of the darkest rooms he ever saw. "Should or shouldn't I go in?" Coal said softly as he took a few steps throguh the door and started looking around without touching anything.

"Sorry sir, I'm just trying to get in common with things and people. Please don't mind me. I'm not here." Coal bowed, usally he wouldn't show so much manners. But the last thing he wanted was to make this guy mad.

Coal walked over to Cain's bed and set the book he had in his hands down next to him. He kept his stare on the back of his crual master. He couldn't help but wonder why he had such pain and sadness in those pretty crimson eyes of his. "Cain, sir. What are you looking for? Do you need my help." Coal grabbed a pillow from the head of the bed and placed it on his lap, holding onto it softly.

" I'm looking for an old book that lies within this stack, Somthing dear to me is within it" Cains expression did not change on his face, it stayed its snow white silk. Soon he found it. A pale brown booklet torn on one of its sides." Here it is" He said as he blew off some of the dust it collected. " This old book has the writting of a little boy's who fell to my Crimson Tear" Cain walked over and knelt before his pet and opened the book to show. " Do you see? these were his thoughts and dreams"

Coal looked down at the book then he put a couple of fingers on it, just slightly knowing the pain of the boy's, but still had no clue what happened and why. He looked back into Cain's crimson eyes, biteing onto his lower lips, trying to hide his weakness from his master. "Cain..."

Cain took no heed to the pet's word. Cain turned the page and ran his finger down the collection of child written words untill he came across a sentence that said ' love my my white angel, I love him to death'. Cains nails ran over the word over and over. Somthingh played in his mind as his face grew to saddness, " He did, he loved till his death"

Coal placed his hand on Cain's pale hand the and other softly on his cheek. "Cain, you know such pain and sadness, it's too much for one to bare. Why would someone do this to someone?" Coal held Cain's glare. Coal had pain, worry, and sadness filled in his own eyes. "Cain, I'm so sorry. If only I could do something...I would."

" I hve lived for thousands of years, taking everyones sins and watching them die by two hands. I learned long agao not have hope or care for another when all I was going to give them death" Cain eyes looked away as he closed his book and set it back with the books he had found it with, " Those memories will stay in that book and that alone. I have no time to worry about past mistakes"
