I have seen some repeat treads and I was wondering what all of you would like to be done about them.
I was thinking about either deleting some and create a list of threads kept by topic or just change the title of the thread we decide to keep. Of course we can always delete all the relevant threads and create one with a more specific title.
I just wanted your opinions before I just started deleting threads. I'll wait a while before taking action, to give you some time to respond. Just post your suggestions here.

Due to the lack of objections, I will soon start deleting old, unused threads, repeat threads, etc. So, since more people should be on for halloween I will start a little after that. In other words, post here if you feel certain threads should stay, otherwise I clean up to the best of my judgement.

Unfortunately I recently have been bogged down with a lot of homework to catch up on, so I will start when I get a chance.

Well, I found some time to delete some threads. Let me know if you feel that a certain thread should be deleted, or if you have any additional comments/suggestions.

My say on deleting threads [I am Guild Organization mod of the UFFG]:
Before you delete a topic, you should lock it and inform the people in that thread. Simply, lock the thread, and then post a message containing the following:
1. Why the thread was locked [repeat topic, foul language, etc] 2. The CREATOR OF THE THREAD [only the creator of the thread] has 3 days to PM you with 3 good reasons on why to keep the thread, or else it will be deleted.
Of course, after you finish the first "guild clean up" you should set some Thread creation/posting guidelines for people to follow. That way, you can make references to the types of threads/posts that are tolerated and those which are not.

Yeah, you can post it here, I don't mind. I plan to start the cleaning soon. I just need to find a good chunk of time that I am not doing anything. Thanks for the help.

EDIT: Ok, that is good enough for now, got to take a break. Let me know if there are any other treads that I need to lock down. Thanks everyone.
