Status: The room is already much like Alice's home, messy and in disarray. Many pictures are spread out on her bed and nightstand, pictures of her friend Lauren and herself, as well as different clues and diary entries that lead her to Neverwinter.
Her only suitcase containing her own belongings, is the only one not opened. It lies untouched upon her mattress, waiting for her return. The windows are shut tight, curtains closed, and anyone can see she is a secretive sort of person..

The door to room 304 clicked and clattered for a moment before it swung gradually open. The rooms occupant stepped inside, glancing around at the unsettled disarray of it all with a hardly visible frown upon her face.
Still, it only seemed to bother her for a moment or two, she had other things on her mind. She shut the door behind her and moved over to take a seat on her bed. There, she thought.
What was wrong with that girl....what was her name...? Tia...?
The question was quickly brushed aside by another.
Maybe she knows more than she's saying... Alice pondered on the possibility, and though it seemed to be her own paranoia, she decided in the end, after only a few minutes of hesitation, to act on it. A few minutes visit would be all it took, a quick suprise to catch the lady off gaurd, then she might be able to get some answeres out of her.
Alice started toward her door, but stopped suddenly - she had a bad feeling about all this. She moved back to one of her friends suitcases and opened it.
Inside were a perfectly antique set of daggers, about ten. They looked extremely old and rather rare, she had found them among other things belonging to Lauren. One would do - and after slipping it discreatly(sp?) into one sleeve, she left to find the stranger once more.

Alice dragged into her room after a long night. She still had no leads on where to find her friend, and it wasn't like the slums of Neverwinter were small enough to explore in one night, or several for that matter. Lauren could be anywhere.
She carefully locked up and began stripping off articles of clothing, tediously making her way to the bathroom. It was only when her now filthy clothes were off, and she was under the warm caress of the shower that she felt human again - more than an empty shell searching for ghosts.
She didn't bother throwing on more than a night gown after her shower, too tired to deal with anything else. Lazily she dragged herself to her bed, not even throwing back the sheets before collapsing limply upon its inviting texture.
Tia's face flashed in her mind, that beautiful mystery she's been so recently aquanted with. She wasn't so sure if the things she'd told her were entirely truth, or simply made up, but she wanted to believe her. Alice groaned in frustration, she was exhausted, yet she wouldn't get much sleep tonight.

Morning came and Alice arose more energized than she had expected. Moving to swing her legs over the edge of her bed, she gave a light yawn. A deep sigh followed as she breathed in the clean, hotel room air. She wasn't fond of Neverwinter, it seemed secluded from everywhere else, but she did enjoy this particular palace of a hotel.
When in the bathroom, dressing for the new day she couldn't help but notice that she even looked different. More energetic, stronger, and more ready...but most of all she noticed how hungry she was.
Dressed in casual clothes, she headed out.
