Who is your Favorite side character? They can have played a large roll so long as they aren't the main focus . Mine would probably be Gromph Baenre.

back in the Drow Trilogy, I wished Dove Falconhand played a bigger part
her and Fret made that part of the book much more enjoyable for me

I loved Fret too. Best dwarf ever.
Personally, I kinda wish we could see more of the wizard that worked for Pasha Pook. I can't remember his name right now, but I know he mainly survived by being completely loyal to whatever Pasha was in power. I don't remember hearing anything about him once Bregan D'aerthe took over the guild.

I actually have two favorite side characters: Ivan and Pickle Bouldershoulder. Read the Clerical Quintet. A long series, but very well written by Troy Denning.

R.A. wrote the clerical quintet. YEp. You made me so paranoid with that sentence I had to go make sure. I LOVE Pikel. And he's awesome in Hunters Blades. But he lost an arm.... crying I love Pikel.

after a quick serch, it looks like he wrote a series called 'The Twilight Giants' and 'Return of the Archwizards'

Pikel is awesome because he's a druid, and that's what class I always play.
My favorite character is Jarlaxle... I'm not sure if he qualifies as a side-character or not.
Montolio was also very cool. His nickname was "Mooshie." Seriously, how awesome is that?

Having just finished Siege of Darkness, I have to give my respect to Bidderdoo
because a Werewolf Mage is cool enough as it's own, but he even earned the respect of Pwent and he managed to take out the strongest weapon master of Menzoberranzan!
acually, Harkle and the rest the Harpells as well 3nodding
you have to respect a wizard that countinues to trash talk a mindflayer while repeatadly being mind blasted xd
