Dwarf Kirins are a domestic toy breed of Kirin that has been bred for its size and looks. Therefore, they do not appear naturally in the wild. They are bred selectively by a very exclusive kennel club of sorts, and sold to Patrian nobility to serve as glorified lap dogs. The food they eat is imported from far-off lands and very expensive.
Dwarf Kirins are not very athletic and cannot fly despite their wings, but they are highly intelligent and sociable. They love to be petted and picked up. They can be trained to use weak magical spells, making them popular performers, but ineffective guards.
