Basically, the waiting list forum is for me to keep track and publicly display the waiting list. When you put in an order, I put you on the waiting list. Sometimes, if no one else is on the list, you'll get your item automatically. If I am low on funds, and someone put a request in before you, they will have their item ordered as soon as I have funds, then you will be first in line. Also, I will put how much in funds I have to spend.
