Episode I: Fan Girls...O_O
Jared dabbed the bloody scratch above his left eye with a wet towel. He could see in the mirror that the scratch might've been deep enough to leave a scar. He sighed, shaking his head as he thought about the last time he crowd surfed.
It had been ridiculous.
Not only was he being grabbed, scratched, groped, touched in places, and 'felt up', but he had fallen into the crowd of fan girls, and they nearly molested him in the process. Thank God for the Echelon...they had kept the damn dogs off of him long enough for him to get back onstage.
"Still sighing about your little scuffle with the many Mrs. Letos out there?" Matt asked, smiling and chuckling a little bit.
"I told you not to crowd-surf anymore." Shannon mentioned, sitting on the couch of the tour bus, drinking some starbucks coffee to keep awake.
"Yeah, next time, they'll probably get brave enough to actually rape you." Matt added as he took a beer out of the fridge, opened it and began to drink. "Where's Tomo?"
"Already out there pleasing the ladies..." Jared mentioned, cleaning off the rest of his face and then drying off. "To go sign autographs...or not to go sign autographs...that is the question..."
"There will be a lot of disappointed little girls out there if YOU of all of us don't show up." Shannon mentioned. "And then there is the Echelon to consider."
"I know...I know..."
---
Jared had followed the other two outside to sign and take pictures. He wasn't in the best mood, seeming as how right when he stepped off of the bus, people were screaming his name in abnormally high, squeaky voices, and jumping up and down for him to notice them. This did not bode well.
He went around, signed autographs, took pictures...minimal drama occurring. Most of the fans out here were actual Echelon, thank the Lord. He had still been swarmed in the beginning, but people cleared out after they got their nightly intake of the youngest Leto.
One girl had shoved a 'My So-Called Life' DVD set in his face, asking him to sign it. He had stepped back, told her that it was embarrassing and that he would sign something else. She pouted for a moment, and tried to get him to sign anyway, but he refused outright and went to the next person.
The night proceeded on like that. He was extremely weary of screaming, and he was grateful that there wasn't much of it then. Finally, the whole band said their goodbyes to the fans, and got back on the bus.
When the door was shut, Jared collapsed on the couch, face first and didn't get back up to give the other three room to sit.
"Next time, kill me." he said into the pillow, his muffled voice making the other three laugh at him.
