A young blademaster looked sleepily over the hills of dun loireag. Bronze armour covered most of her body, and her auburn hair was pulled into twin pony-tails that waved in the wind in time with the round kites. A small heart was painted below her left eye, and a broadsword hung at her belt. "Now that most of my friends have quit the game," she wispered to herself, "I dont have anyone to join a party with..." and she let out a soft sigh. "I don't want to go solo, maybe I'll just quit too." But she was still admiring the landscape, the hills and the sky that belonged to the world she loved so dearly, and a feeling of loss nearly overtook her. Not wanting to delay much longer, lest she lose the will, she began to log-out. For the last time.

Shocked, She turned and automatically raised her blade. The first monster to come close felt her blade cut through it and took a small amount of damage. She realized that she more than likely would die without a team-mate, for she wasn't at a very high level. In fact she was what the other players called a "Newbie"... and didn't know much about the game.

((BTW, I added that last part because my character is in the dun loreag root town right now... the only time I have heard of monsters attacking a root town is in A.I. Buster... The monthly monster invation. Is that what's going on?))

A monster landed a blow and she watched her heath indicator drop dangerously low. She quickly used a health drink to restore her points a little.

((Read my first post and it talks about her in the root town, but oh well... I think she needs a partner, or she might not make it *dramatic music* CUE PARTNER!))

She stared in awe at the player-character in front of her, to have taken such a huge monster down in one hit... he was obviously pretty powerful. Or, possibly, she was just weak. The latter seemed more plausible, unfortunatly. She was about to ask his name, but was interupted by another monster, which she managed to give a few points worth of damage.

((P.S. What Class/Appearance does your character have? Otherwise it will be hard for my character to describe you.))

The Blademaster used another healing potion on herself, before slicing at a monster. Once again it wasn't very powerful, but it was doing a small amount more damage. Happily she realized she was starting to level up!

She looked at the twin-blade character again, he was doing fine. He obviously wasn't a newbie--like her. Curious, she asked him, "What kinds of monsters are these?" She had never gone up against them, and if she knew what they were she could form a stratagy instead of swinging blindly at them.

"Goblins..." She wispered, before cutting one down. A small message appeared that announced that she had leveled up.

Then something caught her eye. Behind her, near the chaos-gate, a cool looking character with pearly white wings was fighting against a huge demon-like monster. In one last swing, the creature let out a cry of pain before shattering into the sky. The winged character opened a treasure chest and started to attack the remaining Goblins.

The Blademaster shouted to her companion, "I think this is the last few of them, the boss was just defeated!" and turned to surviving the last small way.

"Blast" the twinblade growled angrily. "That was my prey..."
