Well i don't know about your not getting in the air because it's never been a issue when i've fought him. My only problem is that i get most of his health depleated and then while i'm trying to heal to recover he hits me just a second too early for my cure to work. Mind you i've leveled up a bit since i last took him on. But i've never had much problem with being in the air when he is except when he's about to use Comet.

(my secret is to learn to use defend when he's attacking)

I think that's about my best time for 100% compleate kill of Seifer at the strugel.

And it's not a case of getting interupted it's a case of getting away from Sephiroth for long enough to cast Cure.

I prefer the idea to stock up on lots of elixers, and have the ultima weapon, then you can rape sephiroth back. Also, I stay up in the air most of the battle, at least when he uses his normal attack, then interrupt it with an attack, leaving him open,and making it combo time. xd

Onto the actual game, I prefer 1 to 2, 2 was far too easy, even on hard, only time I died was against Sephiroth, took out the entire army of 1000 guys without taking a single hit. I hope in the next one they amp up the difficulty a bit. xp

what are you talking about??? the games hard (imo) on Proud. i died like 5+ times against the Twilight Thorn (on proud mode) (i played on begginer mode to get used to the new stuff Square added) and right now im trying to level my forms up and get enough crstyals and such to make some elixers so i can fight Seppy

Boss Battle: Sephiroth

Before going into battle, Equip Sora with the Keyblade 'Fatal Crest'. It's Ability 'MP Haste' is very helpful in this battle. Remove any abilities that involve Summons and Drives because Donald and Goofy will not be with you. Use any of your AP for abilities such as Once More, Trinity, MP Haste, and anything to keep YOU alive. Also, eqiup a lot of Aerial Combos, Finishing Touch is a good one also.

Sora must be level 75 or higher. (I beat Sephiroth at lvl 77)

Go to the Dark Depths and talk to Sephioth, this will begin the battle. Press the Triangle button many times for the 'Block' command. This is how the battle starts.

Now Sephiroth has a few seconds before attacking you, use this time to use Trinity or hitting him with combos. If you missed 'Block', Heal and run.

Keep your distance because getting close to Sephorith will result in losing a lot of HP as he will quickly attack whatever is in his way.

Sephiroth will Teleport near you and knock you in the air. Press O for Aerial Recovery to regain yourself and attack in the air. Sephiroth will learn his lesson for hitting you be giving him a good a** kicking.

Sephiroth will land and the sky gets dark on you are on the ground, hit Triangle a lot to dodge block. If you high in the air and he peforms this as you are falling down but doesnt hit you, then land and attack/cure.

Sephorith will then summon dark enegry balls, touching them will make you get damage. Hitting them will destroy them. Keep up the previous tatics because the dark energy is a distration.

Later in the battle, Sephiroth will rise in the air and glow pink. If he does this either glide or run and jump into the air and at least hit him to prevent losing all your MP/HP until you only have 1 HP. If you miss, get an Elixer on you, but be careful, Sephiroth will counter attack very quickly.

Sephiroth will then begin to run really fast. This is the time to stay on your toes. All of the previous tatics will go faster and faster. Use Trinity and avoid Sephiroth's speedy attacks.

Keep this up until he is defeated.

At the end, Go to the Market Place in town and talk to Cloud. He will ask you if you have seen Sephiroth. Tell him that you did. Cloud will now go to the Dark Depths so go back to the Dark Depths.

Go see Sephiroth for a cool cut scene. At the end of the cut scene, you are given the most powerful Keyblade in KH2, 'Fenrir'.

I didn't tell what was in the cut scene for Spoiler Reasons. So do as this says and find out what happens.

the Fatal Crest Keyblade has the Berserk Charge ability (what that does is during MP Charge you can unlease combos endlessly, but finishers are disabled during that) the Ultima Keyblade has the MP Hastega ability on it which makes Sora's MP come back during MP Charge faster.

also heres how to get a REALLY high score on the Grandstander minigame. heres what youll need:

1. Horizontal Slash ability
2. either the Fatal Crest Keyblade or the Berserk Charge ability
3. if you have the BC ability, Star Seeker (if you dont have this Keyblade late in the game, somethings wrong)
4. Air Combo Plus ability (all my forms are at lv 7 so i got 2 air combo plus's)

if you have the Aerial Finish ability, unequip it and put whatever thunder spell and whatever cure spell you have in the shortcut menu

if you have the Berserk Charge ability, equip the Star Seeker and the berserk charge ability, horizontal slash, and all the air combo plus abilitys you have oh and unequip any MP haste abilitys you have too

when the minigame starts use cure and go attack the ball and keep attacking it untill you cant go any higher and just spam the square button (the horizontal slash ability) when MP Charge is over, let Sora fall a little bit and use thunder to keep the ball in the air and use cure and continue attacking the ball, spamming square whenever you get as high up as the boundary will let you and good luck
