Past some moldy corridors and down a flight of steps you come to a circular door made of stone. Upon entering it you find yourself in either your worst nightmare or your wildest dream. A towering chamber of chains, devices, tools, items, and other restraints fills your vision from all sides. A massive multi level dungeon and torture chamber is now available to you and is already occupied by many unhappy prisoners and slaves. Beyond the noise of blood and other fluids dripping about, and the nearly nonstop screaming and moaning of one person or another. You can see another circular door beyond this room that leads into the prison and execution hall.
This room is under the command of whomever accepts the position and any higherups on the chain of command. This forum has many purposes, mostly for pleasure or pain of guild members, but the one who controls it usualy decides what it is currently being used for cool
