Jounin - 2 Jutsu + 4 to each there stats and 30 hp health boost.

Speacial Jounin - 3 Jutsu + 5 to each there stats and a 50 hp health boost.

Sannin - 5 Jutsu + 25 to each there stats and a 250 hp health boost.

Kage - 10 Jutsu + 50 to each there stats and a 500 hp health boost.

These are what you can get in the promotions only the stat boosts and health boosts are added during new players but sometimes I will be nice and let you have a jutsu anyway...
