I didnt see anything like this and I know that I have many monsters that I certainly hated, not for their difficulty, but for being SO annoying.
Gregors would have to be my number one choice, and a close tie for those things in the Idar Flame who came at you with like 6 of them at a time.

Koudelka: the Gargoyle, but the Cherubim is pretty hard too
SH: Seraphic Radiance and the Cherubim (again)
SH2: King Tamakos (from the Queen's Garden) - hated the Spirit Ward ability
SHFtNW: Dana - bah, she was horrible
