First Session (review) February 15/07
Well since it's so difficult to get togther and run games. I've decided that for the people who can't make it I'll run a seperate game online. Which is what this thread is for.
Every Sunday we'll all log on to gaia and MSN. Please let me know if Sunday is a bad day. On gaia we'll be roleplaying in the guild. On MSN we'll talk about the story and I'll answer questions. I may post a few pre-game cut scenes earlier in the week. These posts are about events going on in the world that your characters may be unaware of.
For Example: There is someone who is about to become your enemy. There is a fight between him and your allies. A building gets destoryed during their battle. Your characters would hear on the news about the building being destoryed but you won't know about the new enemy.
We will be using our VTM character sheets and for all major actions you will roll dice. Major actions are finding/searching for a clue/key or attacking in a battle. Players usually become very proud of their dice pools or How many dice they roll for one action. One thing I love about gaia is that there is a dice roll action you can select when posting. The actuall roll stats will appear above your post. The botton says post action and it is on the right side of the screen above your text box.
I think I can make this work. I will have copies of your character sheets and everytime you spend experience you must tell me. We will caculate experience points and cost in MSN Conversations. I'll restart the story and review what we did in the first session. You will all reintroduce your characters and for those of you that are new to VTM, Welcome. Hope this will prepare you for other games in the future. Almost everyone here is a first timer at playing VTM. We'll all make mistakes, so don't worry.
We are going to have alot of fun with this and we may even have fans of our adventures. When a story is organized neatly people like to read along. It is the same with Roleplays. I want to get everyone in the guild excited about this!

~Cut Scenes~
First Session Cut Scene: Opening; Posted Dec. 14, 2006.
The camera pans in on a small study room. Standing along two parallel sides of the room are tall cherry wood book shelfs. At one of the bare ends of the room are a set of oak double doors. At the other a tall chair behind a huge desk facing the double doors. Toward the center of the room lye a sofa and a couple of arm chairs. These surround three sides of a coffee table. In the dim lighting the camera zooms in on a document on the desk.
It reads:Quote: I Danial Elivar, have written to inform you Prince Antar Melvornos, a violation of the First Tradition has occurred. The violator has been punished accordingly but the issue still remains. I will remedy this myself by coming to New York. The escaped individual resides in your city.

Danial Elivar stood and asked about the letter. "The girl is still in this city?" Prince Antar nodded. "She is in the care of Miss Emmaline." He raised his hand and pointed at one of the young ladies sitting on the sofa.
Emma stood and continued to explain. "She has been one of my student for quite some time now. One of my best!" Danial prepared to ask but before he did Emma answered his question. "No, She does not know what I am." Danial nodded and Prince Antar smiled. Emma continued. "Prince Antar, with your permission I would like to Embrace her. She has far too much talent to just simply waste. She is quick to learn and up until tonight I had no idea she was aware of our existence. She seems to be trying to forget it."
