So. This guild is quiet. In a dead sense. This should not be happening. This is a guild on RPGs. RPGs, people. Of all the gaming genres there are, this is the one you can talk about the MOST. Because there's real food for thought in the games themselves, not just in their specs and release dates. And though I have tried to keep this guild somewhat afloat for Melikochan, who has a ton of college stuff to deal with, YOU are not cooperating.

So we're going to hold a little contest right now. The deal is this: You all post. You start topics. You talk IN topics. You SAY THINGS and keep this guild alive.

To facilitate this, and in the spirit of giving people stuff this season, I will offer the following prizes:

20,000 Gold to the person who contributes best to discussion. DONE
A Sun Staff and 5,000 Gold to the person who makes the best topic (please do not make a million topics and hope that one of them is good) DONE
An Ess-Brand Sack'O'Crap to the person who gives me the best RPG recommendation in the thread I recently started for such things. DONE
50-500 Gold to each person who recommends an RPG that I end up getting first, depending on how much I like the game (this will take a while to determine for each, of course).

Note that the first and second prize are exclusive; you can get one or the other, not both.

What constitutes the "best" contribution or topic? Well, it's not necessarily quanitity--though I'm sure not going to hand it out to you if you make one post and then stay mute for the rest of the time. You'll have to just be yourselves and see what happens.

The contest will end, probably, on January 1st. "Probably," because I might not feel like figuring it out that day, and do it later. I'm like that.

It's not like I want this place to become some huge forum area with people spamming it with useless crap like one of the regular parts of Gaia, or something. But seeing 3 topics posted sporadically in during the course of a MONTH is also not good.

Incidentally, a huge thanks to Universum for spontaneously and incredibly generously donating a large sum of Gold and the Sun Staff for me to do with what I please. Hopefully this is a cause she'd find reasonably worthy.

The contest is pretty much held through all of December anyway, so there's no huge rush. Just', y'know, actually say stuff, people.

I don't have an excuse. I don't attend school and I work at night.
Sadly, I am behind in RPGs since my funds go to bills and not to new fancy game consols. I weep that I can't play new games, but instead of trying to use that as an excuse I'll instead offer an apology for my lack of participation and do my best to contribute to subjects I am in the 'know' about. Whether or not I succeed, it'll be fun for you all to watch. Ho~hohohoho. ;D

Currently playing through Shadow Hearts: From the new world, Devil Summoner, Radiata Stories, KH2, Disgaea 2 and Valkyrie Profile 2.

I'd really like to talk about them, I swear, I really do, but Christ on a crutch, I'm just trying to keep my brain from completely giving out because I can't keep my attention on one game long enough to finish it.

Oh, probably. I don't actually remember what email address I used for that account, so I can't say for sure. More than likely it was another vaguely-worded message decrying me as a threat to the public's safety or such, as usual. Pretty sure it was Neo X-Death / Mooquis / Whatever He Calls Himself sobbing that brought it about.
