"I thought Christmas was all about giveing not getting," Came Batgirls sarcastic remark.

"Didn't your mum ever teach you anything?" she chided leaning up against the cashiers counter.

"Hmm....You think something's up? I mean...It is christmas..." Jinx mused over as she looked up and away from her espresso, blinking at the pretty lights set up all around.
Sitting across from her, Keira, barely, in her sweet loloita dress but without any of her other Echo-ish equipment, nodded, drinking from her own cup. "...You know ther is..."

"Naughty snotty...you should not throw things at your betters Duckie!"
Mad Mod said ducking just in time to avoid the on comming clock.

"Now its time to say Happy Christmas to all...and to all naughty do-gooders good night!"

Mad Mod raised his jelwed cane pushing the button on the top once again and everything in the jerlery shop went black...Mod chuckled to himself and slipped out through the back of the store with his red sack over his back.

"Best lay low for a tick till the heat is off" he said out loud then spying a coffee shop Mad Mod quickly slipped inside.

Green Arrow, armed and ready to fire, made his prescense none by a loud clearing of his throat as he stood atop a small building, the moonlight illuminating him from behind. "Hey kiddo, who's the British guy?" he asked Batgirl. "Need some help with this one?" he asked in a sarcastic kind of way.

"Mod, Mad Mod," Batgirl snapped rolling her eyes at Green Arrow, "and No, I am fine on my own thanks,"
she said trying not to sound ungreatful for all the mans help he had given her before, but it just seemed to her that none of the older super heros took her seriously.

She was greatful though for Speedy, at least he seemed ontop of things not at all like Robin, the blushing, whining, wimmpering, annoying, Bat-brat, tag-along.

Green Arrow lept off the building and landed beside Batgirl still aiming at the odd looking villain. "Ah, you know I was messin' with ya, squirt," Green Arrow smiled and then turned his attention to Mad Mod. "Alright, Moddy, are you going to make this easy or hard on yourself?"

"I have a feeling that this won't fit in my stocking," Batgirl grumbled snatching a trash can lid and began useing it as a shield to protect her from the torrent of coal that was falling down at them.

Turning to Green Arrow Batgirl gave him and speedy a frusterated look, "perhaps i could use a hand...or maybe a shovel,"

picking up a lump of coal, Batgirl began to formulate a plan and rolled out of the coal pile she now found herself in.

"Thanks alot Mod, but this is one present i want to return!" she shouted tossing coal chunks at the brit as if they were bat-a-rangs in there raw form.
