Oogie is indeed pretty cool, but as modern villains go he's a little outdated. This is not to say that he's not dangerous, because he still is, but as it stands he's not quite at his full potential. Perhaps he could have some lasers installed to go with all those blades? And maybe some direct weaponry so his attacks aren't limited solely to what he has in his lair?
