I'm sure I would just use it to test the powers of the Note. For my own entertainment... Er... Research of course!!! After that, I'd probably give it to someone else.

lol.
I'd kill off a criminals and such. I wouldn't do anything rash like kill someone on TV. I have no reltives in the police and I am a top student so I would never be under suspicion. I also wouldn't kill the innocent, people only under SUSPICION of doing something, and police forces or just meanies. Only the bigger criminals...unless I'm having a bad day. twisted

There are people I don't like, but none I want to kill. Besides, I don't want to end up going to neither heaven nor hell. Sounds unpleasant.
As for me, I'd probably make a good target for Light/Raito anyways, if he knew of my sins. Doesn't everyone have sins that they could be condemned for? I'd almost have to write myself in...

*takes out the Death Note and wrote something like this*

2007.2.31 3:00pm
He went to the Hospital and was Exposed to sickness
that other patients have. After a few days of coughing blood and
sleepless nights of pain, He was later confirmed that he has all the contagious diseases that could possibly attain. He became insane on what he found out. On his last day of his life, He forced himself on getting up and went to the toilet..On the restroom, he slips and fell face first on the toilet bowl full of *Beep*. He decided he'll commit suicide so he jumped on the window of the 3rd floor and he was still still alive and concious when he hit the floor. Covered w/ blood he tried to crawl his way to the street but some ***** took him and brought him to its home. After a few pumping done to him by the *****. Jaxson), he escaped and crawled his way on to the stairs. On the street, he was stomped by some soccer playing kids wearing Spiked Shoes, the kids didn't noticed him and continued their running. He continued to the street and was about to be crushed by a car but the car stopped. A drug addict that had gone psycho carrying a bat came out of the car. He was brutality beaten up and was thrown in the side of the street and died after a few minutes later....
*After he finished writing he told the boy*
"Sayonara, Streavon ***** eyes of the kid turned black and he collapsed, he had a Heart attack*
"What THE HELL!!, your not suppose to DIE YET A**Hole!"
*Kicks the corpse of the kid to the groin and does the Universal Symbol(Raising of middle Finger)*
"Wheres that Freaking Shinigami!"
*He left the kid and was utterly disappointed*
