If one were to to describe Kana's room in two words, the words would have to be 'dark' and 'bleak'. In making her room, Kana had taken in only the bare minimal to make it seem like someone was living there, and not being just a vacant room. Made in the mirror image of a traditional Japanese bedroom, the floor and walls were made up of woven straw and rice paper. A small storage space can be seen sitting about two feet from the ground in the back wall, where Kana keeps her futon and beddings along with her few articles of clothing and various shinobi weaponry. Off to the right side of the room sits a small table hovering low to the ground where Kana studies, bathed in the light of whichever celestial body decided to shine in through the 3'x2' window in the opposite wall. The only thing saving this room from being completely void of emotion is a small pot of trilliums sitting on the upper left corner of the desk, always tilted towards the door or window in search of some form of life-giving light.
