Hey, I just saw The Storm, and I think that girl who was sitting next to Iroh during the duel in the flashback is Zuko's sister. eek They look a lot alike. For future reference, I put a drawing of her on my devianart account. (look under occreater, not bookbrat)

(look under occreater, not bookbrat) I actually didn't see the preview yet but I think that girl was just a random person in the crowd. But hey, that's just me, and Nickelodeon gets to decide it.
