When requesting to join a Lance, keep in mind that the Lance Leader will decide to let you join or no. Also, pestering a Lance Leader to join is unacceptable, try again later or request to join another Lance. Everyone will have a Lance to join, so some Lance Leaders must keep in mind some people will be assigned to join.
Lance Leaders: If you want a specific person, talk to them in character, go to their hangar, or find them someplace else. If they are already in a Lance, you may go to their Lance thread and talk to them their. Transfer of the person must be Okayed by their Lance Leader, so as they know what is happening and don't get confused later on.
