Rules

::General Subforum Rules::
~ Be courteous and respectful towards everyone.
~ All threads must be kept strictly on topic; all offtopic posts will be removed.
~ This subforum is also for wordgames.

::Workshop Rules::
~ All workshops must be pre-approved by both WingScythe and Casiela. No exceptions.
~ Workshops are not debates.

::Contest Rules::
~ Contests must be approved by either WingScythe or Casiela before it can be opened.
~ Members are responsible for funding their own contests.
~ Follow all the rules of the Gaian ToS, the guild, the subforum, and the contest.

Workshops Explained

::What are Workshops?::

A workshop is also a gathering or training session which may be several days in length. It emphasizes problem-solving, hands-on training, and requires the involvement of the participants.

On FFA, a workshop is a group lesson or training session spanning one to three weeks on a topic related to at least one of the following: Writing, Roleplaying, and Art. Workshops are detailed and specific, and must be approved by both the Captain and the viceCaptain.

::Who Can Run a Workshop?::
Anyone in the guild can create a workshop, provided they have permission.

::How do I get My Workshop Approved?::
Send a PM to both WingScythe and Casiela with the following information:

Name:
Workshop Title:
Workshop Topic:
Summary of Workshop:
Length of Workshop:

And wait for confirmation from both of us. Once your workshop has been approved, WingScythe will make a thread for it with the provided information, as well as a starting day. This post cannot be edited or removed until the workshop has ended.
