I'd go with Morph. If it was used correctly, you theoretically could get enough items (such as ribbons and tetra elementals, for example) to properly defend yourself and survive your fights without any other materia. that, and nobody seems to like that materia, either...kinda sad.

Enemy Skill Materia. That way I could learn your power and have plenty others to throw at you, should I ever have to fight you.

You just said no master, not mastered, so i would get a mastered all materia, sell it, and live out the rest of my life in richness.

I would choose Restore.
That way if I ever get hurt I could just heal myself.
