In top surgery do they remove all the pleasure-full nerves that connect to the n****e when removing the breasts? Can any of that be left intact? I'm assuming they do but I thought I'd ask anyways.
Also, is there a place I can find out more general information on top surgey? I looked around for a while but didn’t find anything to in-depth.

It depends on the type of surgery and on the surgeon.
In almost all cases of double-incision mastectomy (for guys upper B-cup and up), the nipples are removed and grafted back on, which makes them feel just like any other part of your chest. However, there are a few surgeons who are able to leave the n****e attached to the pedicle (nerve stalk) when they do the surgery and not completely remove the n****e for grafting.
In peri-areolar mastectomy (B-cup and lower), the n****e is left entirely intact, though with the possibility of some areolar resizing. This leaves you with complete sensation almost exactly as before.
For pictures of what each procedure's end result looks like, take a look at http://www.transster.com. The site can also help you "comparison shop" for surgeons; it's how I figured out that I wanted to go with Dr. Melissa Johnson in Springfield, MA.

I'm going with Dr. Paul Steinwald in Lake Forest, IL, myself. =3
Also found on Transster. He's been working on keeping n****e sensation.
