A frigid wind swept through the frozen northern lands, whistling as it passed through cracks on an icy dune. It lifted the snow, continuously covering and uncovering the shards of ice. The place seemed to be devoid of life, no sound piercing the silence between the winds screams.
However, a shivering brown object lay in-between two pillars of frozen water, standing out clearly on the white landscape. The girl was obviously angry at the cold, barren place. Her dark green eyes scanned the area, attempting to locate her teacher, the only reason she was here. She wondered what kind of person would choose to came here, to this wasteland, instead of a nice jungle. The brown parka framed her olive colored face, a small wisp of brown hair escaping the tight braid hidden in her hood. All of her attire was brown, from her boots to her gloves and britches. A long, braided leather whip, barbed with metal thorns was in her oversized pocket. Why did she have to train here?
She had wished to learn how to fight, especially after hearing the tales of battles. Back when she had first heard, she had been excited, now she was not so sure. Her sight could see nothing other then the blinding snow, and she began to wonder if her teacher would truly come.

((Wow. o_O not bad at all. You sure you need training? xD))
It was snowing, and snowing a lot. Stepping heavily on the unstable snow she walked towards the girl seemingly stand in the middle of nowhere. The bitter and harsh cold that was coiling around her body was bringing goose bumps to her flesh. The warm air she breathed out was a thick cloud before it diffused in the air with a gust of air. Her face was a soft tint of pink while she stood there unmoving around 12 feet from her newest student. Who would be her second female student ever thought.
The black fabric adorning her body flapped uncontrollably in the winter air. The snow was melting from the heat emitting from her black skinned shoes. Her hair was up tightly in a twist so she didn’t have to worry about it getting in her way. Her deep red eyes were watching the girl in front of her. She used one of Crimson’s favorite weapons, a whip with metallic thorns wrapped around it. It made her think of the old days. Sighing the heat emitting from her breath warmed up the air she was about to breathe in. Slipping her hands from under a loose flap of fabric she was bare handed. The cold made it ache and sting. Patting her left hip there was a very faint metal clank from her sword hitting against her body. Her weapon of choice; Virii the black venom, this sword was a sword that was given to her by her father. It was a sword what had a “wave” like blade with slits in the blade that spewed black venom, thus how it for its name.
Shifting her body sideways towards the girl she smirked. Her voice was soft and sweet as she spoke, she for now only wanted to see how the girl would react when her opponent wasn’t in a rush to kill her. She could bid her time, and since her clothing was black she could keep her body warm from her clothing absorbing the sun and heating her human body. She didn’t have thick furs and cloth to lung around so she kept her speed. Though the snow would make it hard for quick movement since it was unstable and some parts were more frozen than others. The snow was blinding her too so she didn’t need to see from far away, this would be a close rang battle.
“Alright my dear, come to me. Strike me down and see if you can taint your weapon with the blood of my body. I hope the sight of blood down make you cringe..“

“Wait, you want to fight now?”
The girls’ eyes twitched. The constant, freezing winds, despite the large coat of furs, had left her muscles hard, completely not ready for any fight. Also, she couldn’t believe the woman in front of her, her teacher, wanted to draw blood in their first sparring match. A frigid blast of wind swept into her eyes, causing them to blink furiously as she continued to stare. How could anyone ask for blood on the first round without being a berserker? But the woman’s calm demeanor erased any thoughts that she may be. Pulling out her whip, she chided herself. If she wanted to be a warrior, she had to be able not to turn away at the sight of blood. Snapping the whip and feeling glad the winds and cold had not affected it, she whipped it towards the teacher, eyes shut.

Sighing heavily she stepped out of the way on the whip and and stomped her soot on the tail, her foot between thorns so it didn't penatrate her new boots. Looking at the girl she giggled softly and shook her head. Putting more weight on the tail of the whip as she leaning into it.
"Always keep your eyes open, for all you know i could have everted that whip and went straight towards you. Since your whip is mainly for long rang it hardly has a chance to recoil and come back to me before I'm atop your body. And a metal whip isn't a good choice for this kind of weather. It's cold and the metal will not only rust from the snow but it'll also get so cold they when it touches your flesh it'll freeze and stick. And it ripped away it'll hurt you a great deal. And i won't cause you to bleed, this in only a spar, i want to see your level of fighting. And sicne you're very new at this. I can't kill you. "
She was speaking truthfully. Taking her foot off the whips tail she took a few steps away from it and looked at the girl, keeping still for a few moments, the wind blowing harshly against her already cold body.
