Which do you prefer and why?
I myself think that DS lite is much better than the NDS. Although, it is more comfortable sometimes with the NDS. I just love how the DS lite is set up with the stylus and power button.

I guess I like both, but I guess I prefer the DS Lite since it is, well, light. However, I only have the regular DS since I got mine pretty early, so I guess I'm pretty content with it smile

DS lite but hey I have owned over 6 DSes and only 2 lites
but the DSlite is by far the best
for me
its the buttons and dpad just as much as the better screen that makes it better

Myself....I like the original DS more, the DS Lite has something with the buttons I don't trust ninja

I say original. Just because the old DS doen't light up doesn't make it old and terrible

If I could choose between a DS and a Lite, I'd probably go for the latter because of the brighter screen and larger stylus. Of course, there's nothing wrong with the original, the Lite just has "more" to a degree...
Edit: I like the DS's buttons/control pad more though. Something about the way they click... xd

hard to say the DS lite is small slick and well light but the DS is srong and the gba games dont stick out 3nodding sweatdrop

well i pefer the ds lite cuz it got more better features then the regular ds
like the buttons,light,stylus,size,gba game replacement,smooth top,battery life, but i hate it when the GBA games sticks out XP

original DS. Why the hell would I give Nintendo more money for another DS? Just because it's smaller and brighter screen?

It's not about how bright THE ******** SCREEN IS NINTENDO! I'm not going to dish out more money for smaller system, when the original one I have hasn't even been a ******** year old.
Christ! Why even bother buying s**t from them in a year they'll come out with a different version of it, so they can take more of our money.
I swear all Nintendo as of now wants from us is money! Lord knows what they'll do with the Wii stare

I've played a DSLite for a few minutes.
I've played a DSphat for a few minutes also.
I plan on getting the original DS though. three reasons.
Its bigger and I have pretty medium sized hands.
I think It'll be sturdier. (I have 7 siblings between the ages of 10 and 1)
I dont want the GBA Games to stick out because I think they might break between me and my younger siblings.
Plus I am liable to keep a game in there pretty much always and to have them protrude would be a bit of a nuisaince.
I want an Electric Blue DS and lite only comes in Pink, Black, and White. (Highlight to see the word "White")
Plus, thanks to the DSLite, it'll be cheaper now to buy the original Ds then it was before.
Hope I can find one in Blue. If not I am still just going to get an orignal DS, for the reasons above not concerned with color.
