I have seen the anime many times and he seems so sweet and funny biggrin
in it, but while I'm reading the manga, he seems more evil than caring. Is it only me who gets that impression?
Suddenly he is on Akito's site, and then he seems to hate Akito. But more it seems that he is trying to make Akito angry on Tohru, and I don't get it... Is it just me?

WEll I won't know much about the anime Shigure, cause never payed any attention to it because I hated it but in the Manga Gure-nii(sorry I'm use to calling him that) may seem evil to you but I don't thinks so. He only acts the why he does because he love's Akito and hate's that she like Kureno more. But he has nothing with getting Akito angryed at Tohru, that is just Akito for you. I will try to go find more inform on that but I'm pretty sure he doesn't Hate Akito.

Then again, his personality changingness and perversion is what makes him one of my favourite characters.
Side note: I heard something from one of my friends about some sort of love triangle in the anime between Kureno, Akito, and Shigure? I don't really remember more of the details of what she said, but does anyone know anything about that (cos it kind of weirded me out)?

well from what is seems to me Kureno just pity's Akito but Akito doesn't see that, cause Kureno really likes Uo. Akito likes Kureno because he has always been with her, also she wants to keep him away from the others because he is no longer cursed. Shigure, Loves Akito, he always has, I don't know why but yea. But in the end Akito and Shigure get married.

I think it's more of him vying for Akito's attention. We all know that Shigure has feelings for her..... but I really don't fully understand him wither. One minute, hes a cute sweetheart, the next? A coniving little devil

Well, Shigure is desperatly in love with Akito for one. He wants to be kind but he already sees himself as evil (probobly due in part to of his love for Akito, as well as the fact that she tells him he's evil) so his personality is very contradicting. It's a whole lot of pain that he hides behind a carefree and preverted mask.
Also, in the manga, they explain that the curse is really the zodiac member's link to Akito, who to them represents god. He cannot betray Akito even if he wanted to because of this curse, none of them can...

wow, lotta spoiler stuff. but i sorta could tell shii-chan likes akito, i heard something about akito being female, and akito really does seem to need kureno sometimes.
shigure can be somewhat evil, nice, and perverted at teh same time... ^_^
