[color=darkblue][size=9]The ebony-haired teen had just gotten off of the bus. It was a pain taking that thing. He couldn't wait until he could get his driving license. Sasuke walked into the school building and stood there for a moment or two. He looked around, looking for someone he knew. When he saw no one, he walked forward and showed the Security Guard his I.D. before venturing farther into the school.

Sasuke got to the stairs and started going up them two at a time. Soon, he was stopped at about every couple of people to greet them with a 'What's up?' or a 'Hey!' Soon enough, he got to his locker. Great, another day he had to miss breakfast. He looked at the locker next to his and sighed. Either Naruto had already gotten to his locker, was skipping school, or wasn't there yet.[/size][/color]

[size=9][color=grey]Kabuto was standing in front of his locker opening the stubborn lock when he just gave up. The stupid thing always fought with him every morning. [i]Okay, one more time. If it doesn't work, just go bring your stuff to the health office. You practically work there.[/i] Kabuto was a Senior at the high school. He could have graduated early, but, he told the superintendent that he wanted to spend the rest of his senior year with his friends. That made him laugh inwardly. What friends? Kabuto finally got his locker open and he threw his stuff in, pulling out a couple of text books, pencils, notebooks, a couple of folders, a book and an eraser. He also grabbed his sketch book, knowing he would get bored in class.

Kabuto already had all the credits he would need to get through Senior year and he was already way past ready for his testing. He spent most of his time in the Health Office helping out anyway. He pulled a hand through his silver hair that students taunted him so frequently about. An image of a regular in the medical wing came to his mind. Neji. He was either a Junior or a Sophomore, he couldn't remember which, but, the teen always seemed to find an excuse to be there. Probably to get out of class.

Kabuto scratched the back of his neck and walked to the second floor. He opened the door to the Health Office and put his things behind the desk, "I'm here." he shouted. A good morning was shouted back and Kabuto began sorting through papers and medical files. This was how his day usually went.[/size][/color]

[color=darkblue][size=9]Sasuke had been messing with his lock to make it seem like he was doing something rather than waiting for Naruto to get to school. He looked up from the lock and when he heard Naruto speak. Even if it had been someone else, it would have been his natural instinct to do the following, "Hey. What's up?" Sasuke blinked a couple times when he realized who it was. He tilted his head to the side ever so slightly and his books when tumbling to the ground. Sasuke grimaced at the loud noise it made.

"s**t." he mumbled. Sasuke bent over and started picking up his things. He noticed one of his pencils by someone's foot and he realized that that foot belonged to Naruto. He stopped dead, his hand in mid-air. He silently gulped and grabbed the pencil then stopped. He still had a crap load of things to pick up, but, his stomach had suddenly decided to do about three backflips, a cartwheel, and a couple more front flips. Why had he become so nervous around the new kid?

But Sasuke, being the expert he was, showed no signs of the sudden wooziness. He picked up the rest of his things and stood, "See you in class." That was another natural reaction he had.[/size][/color]

Sasuke sat down in the back of class and stared at the blackboard. He suddenly really didn't want to be there. Maybe he could get a pass to the nurse. He would have to wait until ten minutes after class, though. He hated that.[/size][/color]
