"aww nuts, " a lovely little clown voice complainingly cried.

The night had hardly set in gotham as the evening shadows stretched like a lazy cat that wakes from a nap.

"Why doesn't anyone come to my partys? the dejected jester pouted and put her tea pot on a dimon shaped tea tray.

"I invited all my friends at Arkham," she stopped and wrinkled her forhead, "maybe I should have checked to see if they were actually still in Arkham before I sent the invitations?"

She set out a jack in the box shaped sugar bowl, and frowned,

"well then if my friends won't come, then maybe my enemies will?"
she giggled twistedly, and snatched up her purse,

"come on Babies we have a social call to make on a Bat, and his bird," she gleamed, slamming her door shut and headed for the roof, of her apartment building.

Harley skipped from roof top to roof top until she reached the police headquarters roof.
There sitting grim and quiet, was the famous Bat-signal.

"And no one to guard it, tee hee," Harley quickly covered her mouth and gracefuly jumped down near it.

"I wonder what this switch does?" Harley Quinn tittered and kicked the lever marked power on.
The bright Beam of the bat signal burst on and gleamed across the skies.

"Now all we do is wait," Quinn grinned and rubbed her hands together.

"come out come out where ever you are Batsy," Harley said in a sly way while sitting cross legged by the Bat signal waiting for her chance.

"HI there B-man!!" Harley waved her eyes glinting,

"no, your seeing right, its just you and me, and were here on a roof and its friday night!" she wildly grinned and pulled out her rushwrap-lazer, capable of shooting out more than a thousand feet of shiny ribbon.

"Say Tea Time!" she shrieked taking aim and fireing.

Ivy too was also confused and worried, arriving where Harley said that party was going to be. Frustrated, she decided to call Harley's cell phone just to see where she was, "Hello? Harley? Where the heck are you?"

"Why Batman I'm inviteing you...to TEA!!" Harley laughed.

"all my other quests didn't show, so now I'm sending you a personal invetation," Harley sqeaked with glee,

"I even got you a hat for the ocassion," harley giddly giggled and grabbed a big red hat society ladies hat complete with feathered boa out of her duffle bag.

"now stand still for me," Harley frowned and crammed the gaudy hat over top of Batmans cowel, and then turning to Robin tied a pretty bonnet on him complete with a flower.

"there, now its time for tea!" she smiled and shut off the batsignal and hoisted her company to the tea room only one building top away, on the roof of 'the blue willow china house'

"Now," Harley said after getting Batman and Robin seated at her beautiful tea table, which was a lovely patern of black and red diamonds on a white table cloth. It seemed the entire tea set was designed on the harliquin scheme, and the place looked very doll house like.

"Its time ta have cake," Harley cheerily said and placed a large helping of what looked like a 7 layer chocolate cake complete with a cherry.

"Whoose hungry?" Quinn aksed giving off a musical quality to her voice called.

"What about you bird brain, you look mighty peakid ta me, doesn't b-man evva feed ya??" she frowned, "well don't worry motha's gonna ssee you get nice an plump bufor this tea times over."

"AWww such squirmy guests," Harley Quinn shook her head at Batman, then gave a half smile,
"act like that an you won't get a party favor," she snickered and began to tie a napkin around Robins little neck.

"Geesh you'd think I had invited ya to your deaths, instead of tea," Quinn frowned and shoved a spoonful of the rich gooy half baked cake, into Robins mouth.
