Yes, anyone can make a thread, just keep it within the rules. but if it is a slave rp even no cybering within, i will delted it, those threads are retarded.
But if u happen to be a slave in an RP or a group of you are slaves trying to escape ((*cough* under ground rail road*cough*)) that's perfectly ok.
but no sexual flirty slave things... romance is fine but no slave RP's...although if u make a slave RP and u intend it to be serious that is also ok, no randomn idioctic characters, devlope them and make it an actual RP not some speer of the moment BS just beacuse ur bored, if ur bored go watch TV. So ANYONE can make a thread just keep is within the rules...not hard to do at all.
