His Horse's name was Friday
A man walks into a pub and sits down at the bar, and simply orders a water. The bartender looks at the man, and then, quickly pulls out a shotgun and points it at the man. The man says "Thank you," and leaves. Why did they behave this way?

He was trying to get rid of his hiccups by drinking a glass of water. The bartender scared the man, and cured his hiccups.
What is so fragile that you can break it just by saying its name?
(And yea, the horse's name was Friday.)
