question Does Daniel Handler = Lemony Snicket? question
What do you think?
Personally I think most people beleve that Lemony Snicket (who writes the ''Series Of Unfortunate Events'' books and in them talks of the VFD and his experiences in the ''Series Of Unfortunate Events'' books) is not a real person.

Technically, Handler is LS's representative. wink And I like to think of it that way, though I know better. ^_^

If you look up either Lemony Snicket or Daniel Handler on wikipedia.org, you will find that Lemony Snicket is Daniel Handler. Handler wrote rather mature books and decided to change his name for the series.

musickrazy106 If you look up either Lemony Snicket or Daniel Handler on wikipedia.org, you will find that Lemony Snicket is Daniel Handler. Handler wrote rather mature books and decided to change his name for the series. He wrote adults books but they weren't selling alot...

No s**t, sherlock. Daniel Handler is a real person, who under the psuedonym 'Lemony Snicket' writes Asoue. In his own name, he has written 3 other novels intended for older readers (I have read one).

der hay Handler is "LS" because... LS doesn't exist.... i only thought he was real when i was in 4th grade. but that's ok because i also thought Santa Claus was real when he obviously isn't. sweatdrop lol

No! Lemony Snicket is a real person! I don't care what you all say! I'd rather believe it's true than have my innocence shattered by all this debate.
Who cares? As long as I like his work, he's real to me.
